We had a generally good stay here. We chose a room overlooking the pool, rather than facing the road, and so outside noise was a minimum. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, etc. The constant noise from the vent in the bathroom wall is kind of annoying after awhile, but we chose to look at it as white noise.
I did come out of the room one morning a massive leak from the ceiling in the hallway. Thankfully, it was down the hall from our room and did not affect us. My partner came out an hour later and by then, air dryers had been placed in the hall.
I thought the restaurant was pretty solid, and prices decent for a hotel. It’s a good use for the F&B credit for Hilton Diamond members. The only minor annoying regarding that credit is that it’s not cumulative at this property. Maybe I’ve been lucky in the past, but at previous properties where I’ve stayed have permitted (and sometimes even encouraged) using the total credit earned over multiple nights (in our case, $15 per person per night equaled $60 total). But here, they make you use it or lose it each day. I didn’t realize that until checking out. Would’ve been nice if, at check-in, the desk clerk would have encouraged us to use the credit quickly since we arrived late a night.
My partner used the shuttle to Disneyland and said it worked quite well.
Property is located very near the interstate, which made it convenient for our travels around the area.

This hotel is a great location if you would like to visit disneyland or other local attractions like knottsberry farm. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I chose it because it has a free shuttle to and from disneyland and other local theme parks. The shuttle deiversTony and Dave I believe his name was are awesome and make it bery easy to get picked up and dropped off for free to Disneyland. The rest of the hotel is very nice also and the free cookies are awesome too!!

This is a very solid newly refurbished Doubletree (2023) in Buena Park pretty close to both Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland. The room size is good, lots of outlets/plugs and it has a smart TV which less common in the Hilton Brand it seems. The hotel itself has an OK restaurant attached and it can be a bit sprawling if you are in the back building. The parking lot is big and doesn’t seem to fill up even during peak times. The Knott’s shuttle seems to be inconsistent with timing so I would recomend planning to Uber - it should be cheap. Service was good and the hotel was very clean.

Booked this double tree solely based off price and free parking, but it was much more than that. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Tommy, the manager of the front desk. I asked if it was possible for them to accommodate an early check in, but the room I chose online was not yet available. Tommy was able to get me a better room free of charge and check me in about two hours early! In addition, he was able to accommodate a room credit based on my Hilton status for my friend and I which can be used at their snack shop or the bar. The customer service was unparalleled and I would stay here time and time again just based off the service alone. Now on to the room, it’s something about Hilton beds being so COMFORTABLE! The bed, to the pillows and comforter make it a wonderful experience and I sleep like a baby. The room and bathroom was very clean. I will continue staying at this location whenever I visit the Orange County area. Don’t forget your free cookies as well!

We stayed for a couple of nights early in February as part of a longer trip to LA and Hawaii. The hotel is easy to find, right off the highway, and parking is free.
Check in was quick and easy and the team were friendly and efficient.
This hotel has recently undergone a complete remodel, having previously been a Holiday inn. The refreshed rooms are clean, comfortable and modern and probably the best part of the hotel. The lobby appears to have had the same treatment and looked fresh and modern.
We ate breakfast at the restaurant. Food was great and reasonable priced. Service was a little slow but I think that was just bad luck as a large party were seated just after us.
The pool is large and clean and had a hot tub and plenty of chairs. The gym is smaller but it had everything we needed.
Only one thing stopped me giving the hotel five stars, the prices at the gift shop in the lobby are extortionate. I should have known when I saw the tell tale lack of displayed prices. These places are never cheap but $10 for a small bottle of water and a coke is nothing short of a scam. I queried the price and was told that the prices are the same as walgeens and CVS and was given a short lecture with an implication that I was just a naive tourist who didn’t understand exchange rates. I actually paid less in Disneyland (and at the 5* hotel in Hawaii, by some margin) which is saying something! I understand that that these places are managed independently but it’s in the lobby and it’s a reflection of the hotel. It’s exploitative, plain and simple and the irony is that they’d probably sell a lot more if prices were a bit lower.
Overall though, this is a nice hotel and we would go back. We just wouldn’t go near the gift shop!

Great hotel with great service - from check to check out! The rooms are new and very comfortable and the shuttle service to the parks is great, especially if Donald is your driver. We loved the breakfast on site, we enjoyed the little shop with all the snacks and drinks you need, the washing machine and dryer were a huge plus and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel if you are hungry. We loved the fact that you can connect your own Netflix to the big TV in the room. Housekeeping was great and every aspect of customer service was perfect. Thank you for the yummy cookies at check-in!

Just returned home from a 3-night stay. Upon check-in, we were informed that daily housekeeping was only upon request per Hilton Clean Stay and flexible housekeeping policy. We DID NOT request daily housekeeping. However, each day upon returning back to room, we found our bedding adjusted, trash cans emptied and bathroom towels removed. This is contrary to all the other Hilton hotels that we have stayed in over the Covid pandemic. On the final day of our stay, we could hear major coughing in a nearby room and now we have found ourselves testing positive for Covid. Not a great way to return from an otherwise nice vacation in SoCal.

GS2go, we apologize for the confusion regarding our housekeeping procedures post-covid. We have returned to a daily 'refresh' unless the guest has posted a Do-Not-Disturb sign on their door. Full Service Daily Housecleaning remains 'at request.' We do our best to inform guests upon check-in of our procedures but will look for other ways of informing guests additionally through web-content, printed collateral and through the reservation process.

Lovely and clean everywhere . Very friendly and helpful staff . The pool area nice with a little spa
Great location , few shops about 10mins away on a road with various restaurants. The free shuttle bus to Knotts berry and Disney made life much easier, David was a great guy/ driver very helpful and friendly . Was never a issue that my other half wasn’t the best at getting mobility scooter on/ off the shuttle
Would definitely stay here again when we revisit California

My daughter and myself jumped over for a 2 day Disneyland trip as her birthday getaway. I booked online with Hilton as I always do since as a Hilton Honors member it is the easiest for me. We arrived just minutes after check-in. The staff was wonderful as we were checking in, our room was ready, we were given a cookie (as is customary with Doubletree) and were told if we wanted more to just go back down in a little while as they were baking more. We didn't need any additional but it was nice of him to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable, no issues at all. I did miss the small, individual toiletries but they did have full size in the bathroom for use. As it turned out, I couldn't use them since I was allergic but the thought was nice. We forgot to pack toothpaste (we thought one of us had but no) so we went down to the front desk to request the complimentary ones. The front desk girl was so nice and got use more than we needed but she wanted to make sure we were in good shape. We were exhausted from driving and we were going to order from Door Dash so we didn't need to drive anywhere but decided on Room Service. Best decision ever! The food was fantastic and the prices were competitive. We would have paid more with Door Dash. The Room Service staff were friendly and quite accommodating. We actually ordered Room Service several times while we were there. We didn't want to drive since the weather was quite unusual for Southern California that time of the year (it was raining, hailing and even snowing in some parts) so we used the shuttle to and from Disneyland. Again, best experience ever! The shuttle drivers were friendly and didn't just sit in the drivers seat like a lump, they actually talked to us. We got so much information about the area and the hotel, it was so pleasant to have the experience. They treated us like people not like cargo they were transporting. My advice to you is to stay here if you get the chance. I did find out that the hotel was a Holiday Inn that Hilton bought out and remodeled from top to bottom. It has the Hilton standards and the staff exhumes that in everything that they do. Please staff, keep up the good work. You made our stay so comfortable and you felt like family. Oh, almost forgot, on the last night that we were there, I had to call down to the front desk around 11:00 PM due to a car parked under our window with extremely loud music (high bass), she did not hesitate to have security go out and tell them to leave (they weren't guests). I told you, best experience with this hotel. I do need to apologize to the staff, I didn't remember anyone's names and I am sorry for that. I need to do better with that.

Good hotel with great facilities. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was oke, gold honers members will receive 15$ f&b credit pp. parking included. We checked in early and where warmly welcomed with of course some nice cookies. Last day we stored our luggage at the FD and picked it up later that day.
