Singly the worst episode of horrible uncaring service I have experienced. And worse, from "Guest Services Supervisor," Jonathon Phillips. After arriving at close to 10PM and an all day trip from E coast, he told me that my credit card wasn't scanning, and something was wrong with it. I tried another, and he said same problem. Normally the hotel or...

Thank you for your review and my sincere apology for your experience here at Hotel Amarano. I am very concerned with the service you received at the Front Desk. Our Team has always been kind, courteous and polite when welcoming our guests to the hotel. I will be addressing your concerns with our Front Office team and would very much...

I expected more from a self-proclaimed "boutique hotel" but didn't feel the hotel offered much more than a mid-level chain hotel. The front desk staff seemed a little aloof, and nowhere in the hotel did I experience outstanding service. Everything was fine, but nothing more. Our room was clean, but nothing special. Room service was outrageously expensive, but the food...

Great boutique hotel with friendly staff and excellent location. Nice bar and food was really nice as well! Harvey the bartender was super nice! Try to avoid the first floor. Loud children running down the hall (to the pool?) was my only complaint - that wasn't the hotel's fault, just bad parents.

This was our first time staying here and was very impressed. A very enjoyable stay. We ate in the lounge and the food was excellent. The room was very nice. Will definitely stay here again when up that way.

Before embarking on a multi-party stay for business, I spoke with two different front desk employees and verified which party was to get which room, since some of us were traveling alone or with family. Upon our arrival, the rooms were mixed up and it was very confusing. They did not make any notes, obviously and checking in at midnight,...

My family stayed here for 3 days while visiting friends. The staff was very friendly and acommodating. The pool and weight room are small but otherwise great. The rooms were in good shape, comfortable and clean. The new "demo" room was a bit more luxury than the others. Also, great breakfast spot across street called Bea Beas.

My favorite hotel in Burbank. Very quaint and personable. The staff is very nice. And the rooms are nice and clean. The only negatives is the cost to valet the car overnight. And I don't like that they don't have rooms with 2 double/queen beds overlooking the pool that have a balcony. My Niece and I had to share a...

The Hotel Armarano was an excellent choice. We loved our room, the pool and the front courtyard for coffee in the morning. It was conviently located to meet all of our needs. This will be our first choice when we return to the Burbank area.

This is a small hotel, but the staff was really nice specially the valet. Loved having a full mini bar. Everything was very clean and updated.
