We were a bit surprised to find NO 'free' lobby computer (as in Business Center), because this place literally HAD NO LOBBY! There were also no ice machines, no chairs, no lobby bathroom. It was like Grand Central Station in this small check-in area. Oh, you are RIGHT NEXT TO TRAIN TRACKS and can hear Amtrak honking horns a number...

Service is not good. For a single query, I was needed to talk with front desk office for many times. Even talking with them sometimes my query was not solved. Housekeeping time used to miss their day most of the times.

This star is apparently 2.5 stars but I wouldn't even give it 1. It's an extended stay building that feels like an apartment building and not a hotel. The reservation started fine with a late check-in which was speedy but from there it was all downhill. The non-smoking room smelled like the Marlboro man had been the previous guest for an, ahem, extended stay. This place is absolutely disgusting!!! The supposedly non-smoking room smelled of horrible air-freshener which then turned into a cigarette and pot smoke smell throughout the night. My luggage reeked of it when I left the hotel. The hallway of the non-smoking floor also smelled completely full of smoke. The room itself was not clean, and there was what smelled like...

This place is updating but not cleaning! We have stayed here at least twice a year for 10 years so we have seen many improvements. The last 2 separate stays are our last. We only stayed for 1 night, I can not imagine staying there for an extended stay. There is no shelving in the bathroom for anything. The sink is very tiny. We were only given 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. No shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc... You have to ask if you want anything for your kitchen, not even a coffee...

Booked this for my day trip to Universal Studio, which is a 20min drive away. Great location, next to many restaurants, Target and Walmart.Same expectation with all Extended stay. Sufficient for the night :)
