The warm water is so energizing and rejuvenating. It is amazing what the warm water will do. I enjoy it with friends but also by myself. The only thing I miss is a microwave in the room to warm up my own food. Soaking at night is such a delight.

I treated my dearest friend to a birthday weekend at Indian Springs Resort and Spa. The photographs online are over-rated. When we pulled up, I noticed a trailer park next door. It was not a compound that I expected. It was just okay. They gave us the wrong room, we saw a wine bottle broken near the ice machine, they...

Indian Springs is a great place to stay if you have just one night, although two would be preferable. The hot springs pool is a great place to laze around all day long. And the spa is fantastic. Dinner at Sam's Social Club is lots of fun with lots of interesting appetizers and side dishes.

Don't let the pictures and past reviews fool you. This place has seen better days and definitely does not feel as posh or cozy as they present: Check in Great. Staff was friendly, but they point to a map to tell you how to get to your room - not telling you that certain paths on the map are blocked...

Overall we had a lovely stay but...they need to check and replace beds. We stayed in both a bungalow and king hillside rooms and the beds were hard, flattened and uncomfortable. The hot springs were very relaxing and restaurant very good.

We read a few poor reviews before booking so I knew to expect staff that weren't particularly doting, they were friendly enough. The bike situation is a bit stressful as you find yourself getting up at 5:30 in the cold running around looking for bikes so you can ride to breakfast. I would offer 5 stars if there were more...

I find this is the only decent place to enjoy the hot springs. The staff is given strict rules and never accommodate anyone -much. They now forbid outside food and drink around the pool so they can make every nickel with their own restaurant. I have whole parties of people who come back pissed off at the service. The spa...

Great place to stay with a fabulous naturally heated spring pool which can be best enjoyed underneath the stars. The restaurant is great and the access to the town of Calistoga is brilliant. A tremendous place to stay and literally soak it all in!

I do understand that it is important for businesses to continually change / grow / become bigger and more profitable and understand that in doing so things change. I was dissappointed that the resort that my family and I have been going to for twenty years is now so different than it once was. Yes it is much larger, now...

In the last years, the Indian Hot Springs did an upgrade of facilities. I've been numerous times in many years of vacationing and spa-ing. Rather than speak of what it is NOW, let me say what I MISS. Personal care from the welcoming staff to the behind the scenes staff. It is now much more a business. At the mud...
