After extensive research we booked two nights at Casa Lana B & B in Calistoga and were very pleased that we did. A very pleasant two unit B & B just a few blocks from downtown. A quiet location next to a stream (they call it a river). Lana, our hostess and a cooking class instructor, served us our breakfasts....

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to town. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and enjoyed in a beautiful setting on the patio. We also participated in one of the weekend cooking retreats offered by the chef/owner of CasaLana. We prepared garden fresh dishes that were served with wonderful wines. The overall experience...

Just spent four wonderful days at Casa Lana B&B for a gourmet retreat vacation. Booked through Epitourean Cooking Vacatiions, my wife and I were extremely pleased with both the room(very large with a great bathroom, and large closets, something you do not find in many B&B's), and the cooking classes led by chef Lana. We were the only couple at...

I can't offer a stronger recommendation than to say that I stayed at Casa Lana a 2nd time, and will again, next time I head up to wine country. The rooms are private, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is outdoors in a serene garden setting--great coffee, too!

My husband and I just returned from Casa Lana where we attended Lana's boot camp. It was a wonderful experience in a beautiful place. The classes were informative, casual and fun. We stayed on the property and were extremely pleased with our room(palisades). It was spacious and comfortable. Since we planned an early morning departure, Lana made wonderful scones and...

We went to Casa Lana for a three day gourmet chef's class and had a great time while learning a lot about cooking. Lana is a wonderful, chef and teacher who teaches you not only how to cook but helps you understand the chemistry behind the cooking. Her home/B & B/cooking school, has a zen feeling overlooking her gardens. I...

I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday with a weekend in Calistoga, staying at Casa Lana. What a fabulous place. We stayed in the Arbor room with private entrance and two incredible breakfasts prepared by Lana, the gracious hostess and owner. Lana accommodated my gluten free and dairy free diet easily and without fuss. She was a wealth of...

Casa Lana is a small B&B with just 2 rooms minutes away from the main street in Calistoga, and very close to the best wineries of Napa, Sonoma, and Alexander Valleys. The property is located on a very quiet street, and has a magical garden, where Lana grows her organic vegetables and herbs, as well as apples, limes, figs, and...

Lana has just 2 rooms, very private, looking out onto a pretty garden. The properly is scenic, with the napa river running along the back. The neighborhood is quiet and the rooms comfortable and well appointed. Unlike some other B&Bs where one might hear other guests, the arrangement and small number of rooms provides the level of privacy found usually...
