This is my top pick when staying in Camarillo. The location is very convenient so you can get around just about anywhere in Ventura really fast. Cozy and charming feel. Jose is awesome and always makes you feel welcome.

Due to an old friend's experience, I initially had mixed feelings about checking in. However, my overall experience was exactly the opposite. Everyone was really friendly, polite, and I'm not entirely sure how to explain it, but was simply themselves. My favorites were Leydi and Juan. To start, Leydi was really down to earth and just helped me out a lot in I guess more ways than I could explain. Although customer service is a pain in the butt, she was very down to earth and helpful. Moving on to Juan...he's just so great. The amount of times he helped me out bc I'm dumb and locked myself out is very much appreciated- bless his soul. Side Note: Please invest in a toaster and move cinnamon rolls from the vending machine out of the corner...it gets stuck....every time. I'm sorry I really like cinnamon rolls.

Across the the board this was an underwhelming stay. The room particularly small and stale stench. The bedding was clean however towels soiled. Office staff was less helpful than desired lacking all relevant points of good customer service. My room was entered twice before checkout while I was present. What truly soured the experience was the price of this motel is more expensive than other options and certainly was not a value whatsoever. There are many food options available within the area which was good but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We recently spent a night at this motel on two separate occasions. They are presently remodeling their lobby and are using a walk-up window in a regular room to check in guests. They only slide open the window enough to hand you the registration papers which you have to sign on a small ledge. There is no access to their lobby, vending machines or ice. If you need anything you have to go to the small window and ask for it as they don't have enough staff at times to deliver anything to your room. The rooms themselves are clean and the bathrooms have been remodeled. The prices are fair and outlets malls and restaurants are located close by. Our commode did not work properly in our room the first night which could not be fixed as the problem appeared to be somewhere in the lines but they gave us 25% off our second night stay. The staff was very friendly. Don't arrive before the 3 pm check-in time as chances are your rooms won't be ready. I would stay again if there remodeling was done so we would have access to the lobby, etc.

The rooms are clean and the amenities are practical. If anything is lacking, the staff immediately ensures the item furnished without delay. The carpet is regularly cleaned and guests are notified of any/all maintenance services that may be required. I stay at the Good Nite Inn 2 to 4 days a week (for business). The personnel at the front desk are amazing. Alexander, Gustavo and Juan are usually on duty at my check in. However, I have never had a bad experience or encounter with any employee at the Good Nite Inn in Camarillo. My check in process is easy and fast. Any additional requests such as first-floor accommodations, a daily wake up call, and reservations for future stays are handled with ease.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic that has caused widespread closure of hotels it was with careful consideration that my friends and I decided to take a trip. We really appreciated the fact that the staff had face masks and the front desk had a shield. The Camarillo Outlets mall was also open so that’s a plus. For the room you get and the location it is a great price! We will be back very soon! 🏨🏖

I recently booked two rooms for my employees working on a construction site in the area. One room they charged the quoted rate, the other room they overcharged. I’ve called a few times, they told me weeks ago that they were crediting the amount overcharged but they still haven’t credited. It’s not a huge amount of money, but they acknowledged they were wrong and should have credited it immediately. My guys will be staying at another hotel for the upcoming project we have in the area.

The room was clean (but basic) and came with a mini-fridge, HD TV, AC and free wifi. Perhaps it was my luck, but there was no noise from the surrounding rooms during my 3 nights there. It’s conveniently located off the freeway and near shops and restaurants in the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked for a room away from the freeway noise, when I needed extra towels, and when I accidentally locked myself out. Cheapest room I could find in the area (besides one in Thousand Oaks, which from the reviews had some significant issues.)
