This is our second experience at the J. Patrick House. The first was so good, we had to come back, and are very glad we did. We only stayed one day when we first visited three years ago, but we met the owner, Linda and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. This time, we stayed for two nights, and once again...

This has been a functioning B&B for the past 30 years, and these are the fourth owners. They have made significant renovations, changes, and developments, kitchen upgrade, etc. and the result is remarkable, thus the following remarks: 1) rooms: 7 luxurious ensuite rooms, each with fireplace and all amenities, in their own spacious and beautiful housing at the back of...

I loved the room, the location and the food! I am usually not comfortable socializing with people I do not know, but the wine and cheese hour was wonderful. Good wine, delicious appetizers and interesting people are all found at this fabulous inn.

My wife and I first stopped in at J. Patrick House last summer for one evening. We had such a fabulous time we decided to stay for two nights this time around. Linda and Ron run a great B&B, the wine tasting and hor d'oeuvers were tasty and fun as we mingled with other travelers. Linda maintained her professionalism and...

What an amazing gem of a find. We rented out the whole B and B for the weekend and I could not have asked for a better experience. Happy hour and appetizers in the evening, incredibly comfortable beds in beautifully decorated rooms, a breakfast that beats any restaurant around, and the continuous feeling of relaxation, home-away-from home, and charm. Would...

First off, let me start by saying THANK YOU to Linda and Ron for the most beautiful experience. Our group rented out the entire bed & breakfast. Linda and Ron had their hands full and handled everything great. They were extremely professional and were there for anything that we needed. The location of this place was phenomenal. Everything was beautiful...

When we booked J. Patrick House, we thought it was a little overpriced but boy were we wrong. This is probably the most friendly and well-thought-through stay I have ever experienced. From the community-style happy hour to the fresh baked cookies at night to the fireplace in the room to the fantastic breakfast, this really was the perfect stay. Loved...

To me, this is the perfect place to stay for a long weekend away. Charming, friendly hosts who chat & get to know their guests. Beautiful grounds, carefully kept, inviting. Our room, Dublin, was lovely. Giant, comfortable bed. Antiques really brought out the charm, didn't make it feel too old-fashioned. In fact, the two building are full of antiques and...
