My husband and I come here a few times a year to get away from it all. The rooms are very spacious, the staff is friendly, the grounds are lovely, the restaurant is delicious, the pool is a bonus, and this hotel is pet friendly, it even has a dog park. There is a short hike down into the town,...

We arrived quite late at night and took the last room they had available which was a large suite in sub-divided cabin. No complaints at all about the room - it was spacious, clean, quiet, everything worked - and there were 3 sinks! (not sure whom the third sink was for, but hey :-) ). Service was fine - not...

I found this lodge to be very well manicured and the staff was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on a return visit. I had my dog with me and this is an awesome place to bring your dog.

I stayed for 4 nights at the Cambria Pines Lodge with my husband. Yes, it's a very large property but very quiet overall. We had a Superior Room which was spacious and warm and a back patio with 2 chairs but the high wall around it for privacy gives you essentiallly no view around you except up. The bathroom was...

We just wanted to have a quick get away, but everything near Avila, Cambria & Pismo are outrageous in price! When we say this room we just nabbed it & this is our plan anytime we just need to get away from now on!

My family and I stayed one night at the lodge in July. I thought the room was clean, well designed, and very roomy for our family of four. The fee was reasonable, and I will definitely stay here again. I thought the garden and grounds were lovely, and enjoyed walking around. I would like to come back next time for...

This place has real potential. It's rooms are fine and there's a nice bar, but you know when one or two things start to take over. Firstly, their scrambled eggs (free breakfast so I shouldn't complain) were the worst I'd ever tasted and obviously a packet. Others can do it so why can't they. The other thing was a convention...

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your room and the bar, and sincerely regret that the four-day Paul Gilbert guitar workshop adversely impacted your stay. Most of our guests enjoy the extensive complimentary breakfast, which includes house-scrambled eggs (which are not from a "packet"); our apologies that the eggs were not to your liking. You have our assurance...

Room is big, have basin outside the restroom, with a little privacy for bathroom users. their restaurant is a bit pricey though. the breakfast is awesome, the only free breakfast I had among all hotels which have so many things e.g. eggs, sausage, potato etc. Other hotels just provide waffles and coffee..
