The stay was okay, then they decided to charge us for smoking in the room and we didn't smoke in there. The manager based his decision on seeing cigarette packs and half smoked cigarettes in the room. Every time I went to speak to manager he or she was never there to speak to.

Although is needs some refurbishment, we love and stay at this hotel frequently. The staff at this hotel are great, rooms are clean, big and comfortable, and breakfast is great. We always stay in the largest room with King sized bed, couch, chair, coffee table, desk, and wall safe, We are light sleepers so stay on the back side of...

Completely surprised-in a good way-with our stay at the Bristol. Unpretentious and well-kept outside. Upon entering , I felt as if I were in a first class European hotel. Spacious, comfortable room with many amenities, an immaculate bathroom, comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast served in a lovely dining room. The price was reasonable and parking was safe, covered, and...

We stayed again for 6 nights at the Bristol in Campbell over Thanksgiving. Although it is an older hotel, the rooms are big and clean, breakfast is excellent, and staff is wonderful. We have seen the same employees ever time we stay and that says a lot for a hotel.

We visited my sister-in-law in San Jose again staying at the Bristol hotel like we did last April. Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Had an executive king suite this time and it was roomy but didn't seem like any more than the standard king we had in April. Hotel has an old world European feel to it with lots...

Have always had problems finding a nice hotel near my office in Milpitas. So I decided to expand my search a littler farther away from the city. This was only 20 minutes away and was a great find. Beautiful large ceiling rooms, we appointed with a European flair. Hallway and lobby are beautify with chandeliers, painting, etc. Not a boring...

We loved stepping into our room with chandeliers in every room and a full marble bathroom with a spacious double sink. It was like checking in to a room in England. The room had more space than we needed and the area was very quiet...which we always appreciate. Our daughter lives nearby but we had not found a place we...

My review is lengthy, but I hope will be useful. My husband and I were in town overnight for a nearby Saturday noontime birthday celebration. Reserved an "executive suite" at this hotel in advance, based on very good ratings to price ratio. This facility was in fact a very good value, although I do agree that the public decor is...

Never stayed in a boutique hotel. This one is incredible in all aspects. The decor, room, room size, amenities, breakfast...All great. Location is easy access and safe...in a suburban area but not crowded.
