This hotel overall is nice, great location with lots of businesses within walking distance. A little expensive for the quality, especially due to staff not being friendly. Staff seemed annoyed at questions I had and were unwilling to accommodate simple request.

We needed a quiet, clean and inexpensive hotel for an overnight stay after returning from Hawaii and before driving home. This hotel gave us everything we required. The staff was very friendly and gave us an upgraded room. We would definitely stay here again. The warm cookies on check-in were a nice touch.

It's a nice enough place. Large room. Comfortable bed. Major draw back is slow internet. This always amazes me that hotels, especially name brand hotels, in Silicon Valley don't have faster internet. I event paid for the upgraded level and it just wasn't that fast. I very much liked the area. Nice shops and places to eat right by. Whole...

Finally, enough pillows. Doubletree does it right! Great staff, fabulous food, a delightful stay! The breakfast had the quality of a high end restaurant. The bed is comfortable, room quiet, and location perfect!

We stayed here July 3, 2015 for one night in one of the newer rooms. The room was so quiet, shower pressure was great and very clean. Francisca in housekeeping does a great job. Breakfast was wonderful with a nice variety of items, perfect for our family. Maria in the kitchen has been there for years and always does a...

This hotel is far more expensive than the Campbell Larkspur Landing, which I had also reviewed. The location is EXCELLENT: 5 mins walk to downtown Campbell; Right on the Los Gatos Creek Trail (GREAT for morning running/walking); spacious rooms; lots of restaurants within minutes walk in the adjacent Pruneyard mall Breakfast is OK but expensive; easy access by car to...

Overall, this was a pretty nice hotel, especially for the price. We were in town for the Grateful Dead Fare Thee Well shows (their farewell shows in California), and the staff at the hotel was very welcoming to all of the Deadheads, considering they also had something like four weddings going on each day. The rooms were nice and clean,...

Room was very spacious and seemed recently updated. Plenty of free parking right in front of the hotel. Our room looked down on the pool which made it a little noisy until the pool closed at 10. Staff were very friendly but not particularly helpful. Would stay there again.

This hotel is a good value for the area. It is located in a busy shopping/dining area. And, the furnishings are good. But, the walls are thin. The floors make noise when you walk around. The free internet is poor. And the breakfast is horrible. I recommend using it as a good, clean home base in the valley at a...
