Pros:- Fantastic location for snow activities. Getting around:- free hotel shuttle bus or niseko united bus at hotel door. Getting there:- taking a bus is easier as it stops at hotel door. Free connecting bus to Kutchan train station is limited. Or Yen 5000 on taxi. Lovely hot spring (free for hotel guest). Clean room. Good ski gear storage service...

Stay here for 1st time skiing, overall it was a good experience with a few notes for the Hotel about the staff,i.e: 1. Seems a lot of new staff on board that do not know the Hotel Policy, which take a while to get some information 2. HHonors counter though it was not specified but the queing line for lr...

Loved the resort, people and food! Will be back next year! Get the United pass to hit all the slopes! Get familiar with the free bus and stops it'll save $ on cabs, hirafu has some great restaurants! Moon bar, Buddha bar etc the "barn" was way over priced and the food mediocre I won't be back to the barn

There is an amazing onsen! A good view of mount Yoti. But that's it. The 1 star is for the onsen. Overpriced and very poor standard - not a typical Hilton at all. The rooms are very old and the carpets were stained & absolutely filthy. You cannot swing a cat in the bathroom. We actually felt dirty staying there,...

it is a big hotel but a bit old. Hotel rooms are very small and dated, need some improvement especially the toilet/bathroom. Our room has a perfect view of Mt. Yotei. The location is good just beside the ski activities. There is a free shuttle going around the area for a certain hourso make sure to check on the schedule....

One of the best customer service experiences ever. Staff is well trained and always willing to help. Food was some of the best on property dinning I have ever had. All services could be shared to too: transfer from airport, dinning, ski rental, lift tickets. Ski on off lifts from hotel

If you go for Skiing then the hotel being close to the slopes is probably your main focus and it is a ski in/out hotel. The Lobby is nice and the lobby bar which closes way too early at 9:00 or 9:30 serves very nice drinks. One favorite apre ski warm up drink I like there is the Hot Yuzu...

I don't mind hotels that a bit old, but selective modernisation is important. In this Hilton I get one power outlet at the desk. One. (There is another next to the hand basin and two more outside the bathroom near the floor.) The sofa is so worn that you can feel every spring. Otherwise it is a luxury hotel. Rooms...

We regretted checking in online since we were informed on arrival that once you do so, even if you have HHonors status, no changes can be made to your room selection, even if other rooms are available for possible upgrade. Beyond that, we had an excellent time. This well organized complex handles its large crowds in peak ski season surprisingly...
