The hotel is very clean and confortable. Team is helpful and carying. The atmosphere is cool and easy-peasy. There is a shuttle bus leading to all 4 ski resorts very close by the premises. We highly recommand this place which is good value for money !

On initial arrival, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. This hotel gave a very homely feel and the rooms were perfectly, there were extra bathroom amenities too in case you were lacking something. The public lounge was very spacious and great to chill during a quiet night. Because it was winter, we woke up to a gorgeous view of the mountains and the snowy plains.The breakfast was hearty and filling. Allow me to stress again about the amazing staff who took the extra mile and another extra mile to make sure we were well looked after TIP: Make sure to have enough cash on hand as the nearest ATM is a distance away 11/10 would go again.

We ended up at Pensione Uno after missing our stop on the shuttle heading to Niseko Village. The next bus would’ve come in an hour so we asked the front desk if they could call us a cab to get to a restaurant. To our surprise, Oka, at the front desk, kindly offered us a ride and refused to accept payment so we ended up just buying some food items at the store. Thank you so much for all your help!

Its newly open on December 2018 and we are greated by a british guy that show us around. The bed is soft and good, while they provide extra amenities compare other hotel. This is shared bathroom but it's nicely done. Drinks and snacks are welcomed esp in winter time. New pin code room make it easy and safe too. Highly recommended if you are skiing nearby as it even has ski room for you to hang clothes and laundry room. Check out the upstairs lounge too!
