Detailed Reviews
As mentioned in other reviews the rooms are quite big and totally adequate for couples and families. Ten of us travelled together and even with ten in the room for socialising there was heaps of space . Staff very helpful and respectful. The Japanese people are soo accommodating and just couldn't do enough for you. Brekkie is a bonus with every thing you'd want to start the day. No complaints there. The Onsens are amazing and no embarrassment involved (if you're not used to it), with separate male/female amenities.Especially the open air Onsens. Only complaint there would be younger kids running amok and noisy. It's not a pool, it's time for calm and reflection. Had a perfect massage too. It's close enough to Moiwa but also accessible from the other resorts if you wanted to ski/snowboard back to the hotel through a little known track. Ask the staff, they told us. good WiFi and a bonus phone that you could take with you to make free domestic and international calls!! Shuttles were adequate. You just have to make sure you know the time and get the crew moving. Any restaurants we wanted to go to just sent a bus to us and took us back to the hotel. More than likely because we had a party of ten. Happy to recommend this hotel and will be going back, more than likely next year.

It’s good value for money and has plenty of space, mountains and good getaway place esp fr the busy ski resorts and hirafu. Feels like a basic apartment since restaurant are not fully up and room service was not offered when we needed.
It’s onsen is better than most fancy hotels in hirafu coz it’s waters are authentic. Not coloured hot water, but one that you can feel the difference in your skin immediately.
Kitchenette has stovetop, microwave, toaster and rice cooker. Nespresso machine came with one day welcome capsules, so need to buy from reception even though stay is longer. Small shop selling basic amenities and some drinks at the reception. Closest convenience store is 10mins drive.
It would be nice to have something different offered here, such as regular stellar observation tour /telescope on the rooftop bar since it’s not everyday a hotel is surrounded by mountains and trees.
Shuttle service available but better to have a car if you choose this hotel most shops are not near. There is a spa which I haven’t tried.
There’s 2 towers, east tower has rooms with washing machine whereas the west tower has the onsen, restaurant and laundry. If you can request, ask for room in east tower with balcony facing mount yotei, you can enjoy the sunrise view.
Rooms are acceptably clean, housekeeping light clean every alternate day and full clean only if stays are 7 days or longer. Generally hotel for this price is a doable stay, even though it has seem better days. Heaters work, but emit smell/smoke.

This is a wonderful Hotel with great staff. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. The location means that the shuttles are needed to reach the ski fields. During the day I would describe the shuttle service adequate. I believe that there needs to be a few more services during the evening for those looking to visit the other restaurants and villages.

Hotel is far from the main part of Niseko, it is situated near Moiwa, but is about 20 minutes away by car from Hirafu. Room was outdated, carpets a bit rough, but the rooms were spacious enough. Our main gripe was the fact that we were only told of cleaning to happen only on each second day. This was not stated at time of booking nor in correspondences after this, nor at check in time. It was ONLY stated when we asked why the room was not cleaned. This seemed like a bad excuse, especially when they couldn't answer why the cleaning staff had actually wanted to enter the room during the 20 or so minutes that we had come back to the room after spending the whole day outside and they had asked us whether we could leave the room within 5 minutes of having just gotten back to the room (which we couldnt because we needed to change the kids and go for dinner). So at the end, the room was not vacuumed, towels were not changed etc, i.e. totally untouched. I would not stay here again.

Niseko is obviously famous for winter travel, but this hotel was excellent for our short summer stay in Sept 2022. The hotel has an impressive number of rooms and space, and there is an onsen in the resort. The room we had was fantastic. We had a large apartment with two bedrooms, lounge, fully stocked kitchen etc. the room came with a washing machine that was especially handy. The rooms were about 80 sq metres and incredibly spacious. The location of the hotel is quite some way away from the main area of Niseko, Kutchan etc, but having a car here will save you a ton of time. Would highly recommend staying here

It might not be luxury, but has everything a family might need. Onsen is good both indoor and outdoor. Ski lockers are available and plenty of them. The location is peaceful, away from the hectic hirafu and central Kutchan. House keeper services can be improved as often we found one bed is made but not another. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious. You see Moiwa ski lift from your balcony too.

Seriously disappointed with our stay. We booked months in advance, booing itself was problematic as we had no response for emails for days and person on the phone couldn't speak English either. Getting here was stressful as information in internet is bad , turned out to be that getting taxi from New Chitose is easy and cheap. Room is great for family ,it's a fully equipped apartment in fact( which is a life saving as it turned to be). Straight from the check in we got told that restaurant is fully booked( which later turned up to be empty completely) no restaurants in walking distance, no means of transportation except shuttle busses , staff will not help with taxi, Japanese taxi app wouldn't work with our cards, shuttle bus schedule makes little sense( ski resort closes at 4(try to find info on that too) ,shuttle leaves at 2)... restaurant is closed for lunch..trip to 7/11 needs to be pre-booked a day in advance...can't book no taxi ,no restaurant...

The rooms were fantastic! Lounge area, kitchen area, dining table, tatami room, cupboard space, comfy beds, absolutely loved the spacious rooms and for a good price. Staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. Restaurant was good. Onsens were awesome. Ski lockers kept my boots and gloves warm. Bus shuttle service to the ski fields were limited, with only two going in the morning. Would suggest having a car for flexibility which is what we did. You do need to take a car or shuttle bus out a night to eat unless you always eat at the hotel restaurant which does have a limited menu. My only concern, (a big one) which drove me crazy, was that a bob cat cleared the snow at the other hotel below ours every morning (because it snowed every night) at about 4.30am and often again a little bit later - every time it went into reverse, it beeped, the beeping woke us up, every single morning - we did not get one good night's sleep because of this. Unfortunately this would be the reason I would not stay there again in Winter - it would be great in Summer!

When a problem arose with my room, the front desk manager Mr. Maeda went above and beyond to offer solutions. I was overwhelmed by his hospitality and problem-solving skills. This attitude would make anyone feel safe and comfortable staying here, from any country. Some of the younger staff are not as well trained, but hopefully other managers are as excellent as he is.

Hotel is right next to the Moiwa ski field - great location, the rooms (actually, they’re very large suites.) were fantastic, heaps of room and beautiful views
The staff were also nice and just wanted to help always.
For skiing, the drying rooms were fantastic.
And we really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. I will stay here again when we come back to Niseko

Hi there. We used their shuttle TO the airport, roughly couple of hours, I can't remember the cost. On arrival, we used their daily complimentary shuttle to/from Kutchan Cho station (30min or so), as we arrived by train from Sapporo. It's a nice train trip, also 1.5-2hours long.
I suggest you send them an e-mail, they are very helpful.
Thanks
The hotel has locker room next to lobby for ski equipment storage.

We took the train from Sapporo and then you have to transfer onto the niseko train, it does get busy though so you would need to get on quickly, then we caught a taxi from the niseko train station to one niseko :) might not be the easiest with the young kids but you get to see a lot :)
