We loved the central valley location and over-sized room at the OAC. Mark and Sayuri shared a wealth of local knowledge and guided us to perfect dining & onsen options and even tipped us off on how to navigate the mountain on a rare bluebird powder day.

Sayuri and her team go out of their way to make you welcome. We arrived on the Shinkansen from Tokyo at around 6pm. I hadn’t organised pick up but the tourist team at Niseko Station called the lodge and Izumi came and collected us. When we arrived at the hotel our twin room for my 16 year old and me was warm, clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We were next to the bathroom, which suited me. Sayuri, our hostess, organised for ski equipment to be hired and delivered to us the next day. She sold us discounted lift passes so that we were ready to go. Next morning we were driven to the slopes, which is only five mins away. We were collected at the end of the day. Sayuri recommended a beautiful onsen to relieve the tired muscles. In the evenings we were driven into Hirafu for dinner and collected a couple of hours later. Such service!!! This is a super friendly, very well run operation. Highly recommended

This little Lodge is awesome. Owned and operated by Mark and Sayuri, there service and facilities are awesome. They will go out of there way to make you feel at home. Charl and Ram, their staff members are welcoming and really nice. They will go out of there way to make sure you have the best time. It is a little bit out of town but it doesn't matter as the bus service is frequent and Charl is the official OAC lodge driver and he had no issues taking you where ever you wanted. All in all, Highly recommend this lodge!
