Overall facilities is good. My complaint is on the staffs especially the front desk. it is ok if they can't speak English but train them to be polite and courteous. When I speak to her she did not even look at my face and just pretended she didn't hear me. The I called from my room asking for an iron, she simply said "come back" and hung up on me. These type of people should not be placed as front liners. If you don't have a local with you chances are you're gonna have a hard time. A simple "sorry no English" would be enough, but more importantly they need to be train to talk politely!

Asked for either a pool view room or a quiet room, got neither!! Was placed at the end of a noisy corridor where the cleaners congregated, chatting very very loudly. Also this was the entrance and exit for all staff that slammed the doors at 5.30am and 9-9.30pm as the entered and left. As all of the floors were tiled other quest above kept scraping the vanity stool across the floor so kept me awake, when asked the reception to ask quest to keep the noise down the noise increased. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, had to walk 15 mins to a 7-11, no shops or bars that were open during the day, and as it rained couldn't walk back out to the 7-11. The only thing to eat was a packed of crisps sold at the reception. Was only told about free coffee the day I was leaving, was only there, (thank God) for two days. I've been to Thailand 6 times, this was my first time in Krabi and will NEVER stay in Krabi again!! The pool was the only upside but beware, it's right next to a swamp land area that is full of Mosquitoes and on the other side of the pool there is currently a construction site next door. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had movies that I could watch to drown out the noise, the early flight the next morning and the near'ish location of the Airport, think that I would have been willing to lose £20, leave that hotel and stayed closer to the coast. Other thing, the reception force you to pay for your room / stay upfront before you've even seen it.

We stayed in this Hotel for a month (we went to Bangkok for one week and left the luggage in the hotel room). They don’t clean the rooms properly. Cockroaches everywhere and all the time.. There was a dead cockroach next to my bed for a whole month! (I didn’t pick it up just to see how far it would go). The room floor is clearly dirty even when they just left the place after “cleaning” it. For the week we went to Bangkok, they didn’t clean the room not even once. We got there and the floor was a complete mess. Bedsheets... They were not changed once during our stay and I have my doubts whether they changed them from the last people who stayed in the room. The breakfast tables don’t receive any cleaning either. You can use the same table and leave a dirty spot on it everyday and at the end you will have a calendar of your stay right there.. Because they won’t clean it! I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff really tried to understand and help us, even though none of them know how to speak English (English is not my first language either.. But, come on.. It is a touristic location! They should have at least one person able to speak it) and, they have a nice free transportation from the hotel to Krabi Town (and back after 2h you stayed there) twice a day.. The hotel looks nice and could be great, but with this poor hygiene it just won’t happen.. Would not recommend

The children spent 5 hours in the pool! They had a blast, a relaxing time before we went flew home. We had toured and they were tired. The courtesy bus dropped us at the walking street market in the evening, do not miss that, two hours of heaven but really busy. Room was large, nothing interesting to say. It was clean and tidy.

We were recommended this hotel from a good friend living in Krabi Town. It's really a good hotel, with a friendly staff, and a good pool, even a very big pool area for children. Hotel have some very big room, with a kitchen niche. Medium balcony, but without chairs, but you can just ask for them. Hotel are in two parts, and as I remember the hotel were finished in January 2017, so every thing are new. Big parking place, but hotel are about 3 km from city town. For now the restaurant only open for breakfast, and I do not like the way the made it on. eggs in a micro oven, and cold sausages. I think it will be better, when more people are coming to the hotel.
