My husband and I spent a weekend here recently. The hotel is located in the highlands area o Carmel. The view from our room was lovely. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfasts and the happy hour in the evening. One evening we casually mentioned that we were heading for Carmel Beach to have a fire and...

Checked in on 7/2/2013 and out on 7/5/2013 staying in Room 14, a large suite with a fireplace. We were told this was the best room in the Inn with the most clear and expansive view of the Big Sur and it didn't disappoint. I reserved this room one full year in advance just to make sure. Two very tall...

Everything is Top Drawer - from being so well received upon check-in and thoroughly informed about every amenity available, to entering the room and come face-to-ocean immediately - a magnificent coastal scene, plus the room is super - Champagne & a Red Rosé delivered immediately. Wine & cheese on the terrace at 5pm. Very short drive back in to the...

My first bit of advice is if you are going to splurge on staying here, get a suite with a fireplace. We stayed in one the first night and a regular room the next two. The extra bucks go a long way in terms of the room size, view, and amenities. The value goes up for this place with the...

We spent two nights here in July. The hotel is top notch with great service and lovely rooms. Our room was on the ground floor (the same level as the parking lot-it gets confusing because the hotel is built on the side of a hill) with a great ocean view although slightly obstructed by the roof below. There is a...

Near the ultimate in scenery, in luxury, and if you are with the right person, romance. Rooms have a great view of the ocean and cliffs and sometimes fog. They are comfortable for sitting, loafing, or sleeping. Management seems to have thought of everything. There is a good morning breakfast and a good evening reception in a terrace room overlooking...

We stayed at the Tickle Pink Inn for three nights during out USWC vacation. It was certainly the best hotel we stayed in. Service was first class. The views were outstanding. The room was extremely comfortable. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a great way to start the day.The recommendations we got from the staff with regard...

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. This place exceeded expectations! It is the sweetest, quaint little inn tucked away high in the cliffs in the Carmel Highland area. The views from the rooms are amazing! The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was great, wine and cheese hour in the evening was perfect. I...

We are a young couple in our mid twenties (going to school in San Francisco) and we first stayed here on our wedding night two years ago and we loved it. We were back last year and again this year for our anniversary and we could not have asked for a better stay. We stayed 2 nights and wish we...

Stayed here for one night with my husband and 13 yo daughter, and for the money, other than the views, it's definitely not worth the price. Needless to say after reading the positive reviews as a traveler top choice I was very surprised at my disappointment. The room wreaked of chimney smoke so it smelled more like we were camping...
