We stayed here one night on our trip down the coast from San Francisco to LA. Although we saw the room online when we booked we were pleasantly surprised to find it even more charming ( you know sometimes those professional pictures can be misleading) than we expected. Check in went smoothly although in a more personal setting of a...

We stayed for a night in this well located inn. The accommodation was very generous. Our bed was comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast is delivered to your room. We were both slightly underwhelmed by our choices but that was really the only negative. Great spot for exploring all that Carmel has to offer.

Our stay at the Wayside Inn exceeded our expectation. The staff was wonderful and helped us get the most enjoyment from this trip to Carmel. The rooms were great, the setting beautiful. Sitting on our patio with a glass of wine, enjoying the cool evening breeze, talking to other guest and walking the town made for a beautiful get-away. Walking...

Wayside Inn, located in the Stunning township of Carmel was welcoming & well appointed. The staff were all exceptionally helpful from first contact at arrival - through to the onward shipping of items left behind! Their home made breakfast was delicious & everything was within easy walking distance. I wish we could've stayed longer.

They Wayside Inn was a Godsend. We first showed up at the Candlelight Inn. We got into our room and were VERYdissapointed. We called the front desk and they found us a room at the Wayside Inn instead. This room was spectacular! Newly renovated with fireplace and great furnishings. The balcony was the best because you can open up the...

We had a great overnight stay at the Wayside Inn. The room was very large, quiet, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were in Room 8, near the back of the hotel. Breakfast was delivered promptly to the room and was quite filling. The lobby always had coffee, tea, water, and fresh baked cookies. The front desk staff was...

Thank you for your review and for visiting us during your trip along the coast.
