Great food and great service - Earino in Asites is always a very good choice. Really impressive views of the countryside. The "antikristo" lamb, the feta- aubergines and the grilled mushrooms are a must.

We stayed here for one week, it was a very relaxing break. It is approximately 45 minutes from the port at Heraklion. The temperature was very nice approx 27, the view was stunning, you could see across the valley, down to Heraklion and the sea beyond. The apartment had everything you could wish for and nothing was too much trouble...

Our stay at Earino was one of the most memorable and pleasant travel experiences we have ever had. Nikos and his staff make you feel at home, the hospitality was second to none! Breakfast was amazing and we ate dinner in the Taverna three nights in a row, always fresh and delicious! The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable!...

If you are looking for a real non-touristy area with a famous Greek hospitality, go to Earino! It is worth the drive there! My husband and I continued our honeymoon on Crete after Milos and were afraid that local spirit will be lost in crowded Heraklion. However, owners of Earino make you feel like part of their family. Amazing breakfast...

"Calm beautiful surroundings, breathtaking view, cosy comfortable flats, excellent service, real Greek hospitality, authentic people, delicious food cooked with the purest materials of the Cretan nature" are some of the phrases that can describe "Earino",a small but admirable family business (guest rooms and taverna) that won our heart and will certainly be part of our tour on our next visit to Crete.
