We found the loft rooms great for the family with 2 kids however this was it for our positive experience at this resort. Very basic and unfortunately run down, green pond with some fish, landscaping dry and in need of some maintenance. Our leftover breakfast tray sat outside the room for 3 days. Nescafe powered coffee only, powered milk and very basic breakfast was enough for us not to recommend or return, we found plenty of other newer options in the area.

My second stay in a resort in Thailand and it was with good feeling. Have a room that can host 10 pax. Room was spacious: with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, balcony or sundeck where one can also do BBQ. Room has 2 large beds and 6 futons. They even have daily housekeeping which I was not expecting. Has a swimming pool, mini lake where one can row boat and/or feed fish and also a grass slides. Kids have most fun with the slide. Only downside is I am not sure how one can there (and out) without a private driver. I guess it has to be in a remote area in order to be surrounding by green lustful scenery. It was a good feeling to wake up to fresh air.

My family was there in November and we truly enjoyed the stay. The villa we stayed was spacious enough for my wife and me and our 2 young children. The villa we booked had fantastic view. It was facing the pool and the mountain. The place had this turf slide which the children enjoyed. It was even for adults too. Truly a wonderful place to stay and have fun.

The view is awesome, as you are surrounded by mountains and vegetation making this location a quite and peaceful place. Kwan, at the front desk, is the nicest person you can come across. She made our stay very confortable; she did not hesitate to go above and beyond her duties to make us feel welcome. I will definitely go back to this hotel if given the chance to visit the region once again.

The staff were very kind and understanding. The facilities had many fun and interesting things for the kids and the rooms were very well maintained. Breakfast was simple and there is no restaurant at the resort, just a cafe (which was good). Great view.

Villas located on a hilltop overlooking hills afar. The chance to be awaken with bird chirping outside as well as nature all around you. Rooms were not fantastic but they had all the essentials you require. The internet is on and off and a little slow. Temperature drops a little towards the evening for sure. Not too many mozzies but still to be better to be prepared. A place run mostly by family members. Do not expect to get professional trained service here in the TonSilp Art Home. It is quite a nice place if you like to take photographer as well. They have quite many personal art pieces cared out of anything and everything here.

The best thing to say about this place, is its location. We were lodging in two rooms. In total, we had problems with broken locks to the terrasse doors, a broken water heater, a broken TV remote and poor internet reception. The staff is however very friendly and serviceminded, but I wish they would give their hotel a major renovation, it is very much needed. I can't of course rule out, that there are better cabins. Some of them looks rather new from the outside. Further, there was a concert somewhere outside, and it impacted on our sleep.

This hotel is tough to find, the map on Agoda and other places seems to place it in the wrong location. So for future reference this is the exact location 14.60021 N 101.38018 E. The setting is absolutely stunning with magnificent views over the national park and the grounds are well maintained and littered with lots of great art pieces. The rooms themselves are Thai style bungalows that all have a balcony making the most of the views. The rooms are large and well maintained. However, the rooms each have a tiny TV and lack any tea making facilities, you are restricted to a single bottle of water each and no place to buy or get anymore. There are no food or drink facilities on site and you will need to drive back to the main road to find a restaurant. Breakfast is included and is delivered to your room to eat outside. Breakfast consisted of a salad, 3 frankfurters, a cold egg, half a piece of toast and a cold egg. I wasn't expecting fine dining but it would have been easy to add a fruit selection and some juices - maybe even offer a choice of food ?? The price of the room is expensive for what you get and the Agoda description of walking distance to Palio inaccurate (it's actually 6km) The staff (singular, we only saw one) were very friendly. This is a resort that has so much potential with just a few small changes it could be a fantastic place.

It is located about 15 KM from the national Park. They have a reception office but may not be attended all time. English language is a problem, they speak very little or no English. The rooms are small huts and have two beds that put together to make one single bed. The bathroom is small and basic just to take a shower. All in all the rooms are maximum 2 stars hotel. The breakfast is less than acceptable. The good side is the balcony and the views. It is worth the stay just for the views and sitting in the balcony day or night. It is good for one or maximum 2 nights. Try to Camp in the national park if you have some time. It is nice. The camping gears are available for rent inside the park. In the road to the national park there are many restaurants one of them is stake in Khao Yai, they have Australian steaks.
