Patravana Resort is part of Phu Patra's project 1 development. Situated in the Khao Yai hills, globally ranked 7th highest for their ozone volume. We welcome all those seeking for a refreshment getaway amongst the wonderous greens. Indulge all your senses in nature's embrace. Here at Patravana Resort, Khao Yai, we strive for quality service, to ensure our guests the most comfortable and pleasurable stay. Our Resort have 2 room types - Patra Suite (have jacuzzi tub) and Vana Suite, which is our Standard Suite. Everywhere in our resort is wheelchair accessible. We also have Free-wifi Internet connection throughout the resort. We provide both indoor and outdoor facilities for your convenience. One of the highlight feature of our resort is the outdoor amphitheater which overlooks the lake and the mountainous surroundings. Whethe you come in a small or large group, this is the perfect place to gather and enjoy activities together. Our seminar hall is offsite but within close proximity to the main resort. The 280 sqm. of functional space can be set up in many configurations to meet your requirements, whether it be a banquet style, meeting or theater style. Our space can also be divided into two separate spaces for smaller parties as well. Capacity 120 - 190 persons.

We booked Patravana for the long weekend, 4-6 March, 2023. While the resort itself is in a very green belt and has stunning views, the rooms are good sized - but the sanitation, cleanliness and toilet hygiene is very poor. There was a constant stench due to poor sanitation system. When we asked for a room change, we were informed all rooms are full - when that was not the case. So overall - will not recommend Patravana resort.

The hotel was in a nice setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff very helpful and pleasant. TV didnt work, but that didn’t matter. Friend in another room had water issue in bathroom; staff happily relocated no problem.

The rooms at Patravana Resort are big but dated. The check-in process was late because the rooms were not cleaned. We got the rooms at 5 pm. The hotel provided the early breakfast boxes for us because 5 of us had to play golf at 7:30. Four Friends had good breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant was for dinner due to Covid-19.

We stayed here for 2 nights at 3rd floor the view is absolutely amazing but there’s a water heater problems.. but they give us the another room to shower... the staffs are amazing and helpful.. a nice restaurant with the overlooking view.. Peaceful and relaxing..

We stayed as a group and also had dinner. The rooms are great, very spacious, well appointed and clean. The resort has a lovely garden and swimming pool. The food was delicious and the service attentive. We were really well taken care of. No effort was spared to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Our guide book said the area around Khoa Yai had numerous luxury resorts, so we booked this one for four nights. While the setting is superb, the breakfast great, the beds soft and comfortable, individual staff lovely, the whole resort was in need of some love and care. One evening, we were the only two in the restaurant so there was an atmosphere of having been abandoned by the rest of the world. The gardens were not overly tidy and there's a general feeling of neglect. In fact, a chair leg fell through a rotten board on the deck. Cautious approval.

I really liked the very spacious rooms in this resort. The separate living room had a long sofa where both my children were able to sleep on. They even had extra bed linen and blankets in the cupboards for this reason. The breakfast area and swimming pool are a walk away but they have a golf buggy to take you over there. Breakfast was fine. The swimming pool was nice. The rooms had a long balcony with beautiful views.

Stay in this resort on December and found this resort is cooling at night. The room is also spacious and is ideal for family vacation. Variety of buffet breakfast selections, the staff help toast the bread using charcoal instead of using an electronic toaster. Find it interesting. And there's a also a variety of coffees to request for.

While the good breakfast spread and quiet location were plus points some important improvements need to be made. (i) Weak water flow and intermittent hot water - this made baths unpleasant and challenging at times. Suggest to time your baths to avoid peak periods or at night. (ii) Blackout - On the day we were checking out, there was a blackout. The lifts stopped working and we had to carry our luggages down four storeys without help from the staff. The resort should ensure that lifts remain running even throughout blackouts to ensure guests are not stuck.
