Our room was quiet and clean. We were greeted nicely upon arrival. The few minor problems were that there was no ice on the 2nd and 3rd levels (finally found on the 1st level) and there were only dirty pool towels by the pool the next morning. The breakfast was ok but they needed more help with clearing the tables....

There are few hotels near Chino Hills. This one is clean and convenient--lots of food places nearby. I thought it would be noisy here because the hotel is right next to the freeway but I did not hear road noise from my room. Also it seems less smoggy in this area since this hotel is a few miles away from...

Shortly after arriving my husband I and I met with two other adults in the lobby to have a conversation. We were told by the lady at the front desk we needed to go to our rooms because the lobby and all common areas close at 10pm. Are you kidding me? Ten oclock cerfew for grown adults and were paying...

Breakfast was no more than a standard continental breakfast. I stayed the night and checking out on Sunday, Mothers Day. There were several issues seen within the first minute. Crepes were cold and already turning to leather. There were no foam cups for the the juice station so I took the last coffee mug. I realized then that there was...

This was our first time ever staying with hotel chain and surely won't be the last! We were here the first weekend in January to attend the Pomona Reptile Show. After browsing around the area and reading reviews on places to stay within the fairgrounds, we settled on choosing this establishment. We were surely surprised with our choice. The property...

The only MINOR thing I could say negative about our stay is that they knew I made reservations for 4 people but they only gave us 1 extra pillow/blanket set for the fold out bed. Other than that, the rooms were clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed at,...

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding in the area. The room was large which was a plus for a family of 4. It was clean and came with a fridge and microwave. Plenty of counter space for your toiletries. And I always like it when the the bath and toilet is in its own room, and the sink is...

We stayed just one night at the Ayres Hotel in Chino Hills for a wedding. The hotel was clean, the rooms quiet, the beds comfortable and the buffet breakfast adequate. We shared the hotel with dozens of soccer playing girls who had the run of the hotel, especially at the breakfast buffet. Excitement certainly filed the air as the girls...

Loved the decor and cleanliness. The staff we're all knowledgeable and I never felt the need to speak to a supervisor. The breakfast was superior and delicious! I would definitely stay there again, the price for the night was excellent (inexpensive) considering the professionalism and beauty.

I recently stayed at the Chino Hills Facility for a 5 day work training course. The training was held in one of the conference rooms and our company put us up there for 4 nights as well. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were great. Cookies were very good as well. Would definitely recommend when staying away from home.
