I read all the reviews for this hotel and decide to stay. I was extremely happy. In all chula vista and San Diego I couldn't find a single hotel that can give me such a great deal...a big California King bed and sofa love seat...a suite..that you get in comfort suite for $100...I got for $60. In room refrigerator. .microwave....

Me and my family will never come here again. I decided to stay at this location because it was one of the cheaper ones I found, but I really believe you get what you pay for. The noise from other guest was super loud kept me and my family up all night. Found two small holes in the bathroom come...

I was looking for a suite to accomdate my family of 6. This hotel seemed to have what we needed at a reasonable price. I called to make the reservation over the phone as my computer was acting and i couldn't make it online. A man answered the phone and i told him i wanted to know about availability. Before...

We did not mean to be rude and we did not mislead anyone. We do not want overbooked situation in our hotel and so many times during the conventions in San Diego, we do avoid to take reservations on the phone. That is our business policy to keep our customer service best and not to disappoint anyone due to overbooking....

Between 2012-2013 I used to travel often to Chula Vista. Traveling alone, and staying by myself after my days out, the feeling of safety was HUGE. I'd previously stayed at the GoodNight Inn a little ways away and there was always some commotion outside, it was isolated, the rooms felt icky, and I just hoped I could find a better...

I booked the Palomar as it was convenient to business meetings I attended in Chula Vista. Stayed 4 nights, and was more than happy with the accomodation. Yogesh was affable, informative, and ensured my needs were attended to. I found my room clean, well kept and with all the amenities one would expect. Location was excellent, with shops, trolley train...

We were a bit apprehensive about coming to the Palomar Inn, as my friend made the reservation online from a pop-up that appeared while searching for a place for us to stay after a concert at the Sleep Train Amphitheater. We were pleasantly surprised. Yogesh, the manager, greeted us nicely when we entered the lobby. He was very cordial and...

the evening manager was not pleasant. The rooms were unkempt and dirty. Hairs were found on the towels. We stayed two nights as we're were already locked in. Never staying here again. The wifi never ever worked. Yogesh you are a nice charming man, but your hotel needs help.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights here. Yogesh, the manager, was very accommodating and the cleaning staff was friendly and thorough. The location is perfect with many storefronts and restaurants within walking distance, and for those using public transit, the trolley stop is 1 block away. For $49 a night, Palomar Inn cannot be beat!
