We spent 2 nights here in early May. We found it quite decent and economically priced. It was clean and well kept, neither very large nor cramped. We asked for a room away from the Interstate and had no noise at all from traffic. The walls do seem to be on the thin side - there was some noise from...

I have nothing against motels but when an establishment calls its self a "LODGE" you expect better than a motel 6 accommodation. The so called "lodge" is in a shopping area behind a liquor store. The walls are thin we could hear conversations in the next room. plumbing and toilet flushing was loud. I am suspecting the area is shady...

The room was neat and they have made some upgrades. However, the rooms could use a thorough cleansing, especially the walls and baseboards. But still a decent place to stay if you need an affordable place to sleep and aren't too worries about much else.

Nice little comfortable room. King size bed , a little too high, but sleeping was okay. Refrigerator and microwave in room an added plus, and the internet works great. There are several chain restaurants in the area, and a convenience store a few feet away from my door. Bus stop on the corner, and my cousin preferred this room for...

My girlfriend & I stayed here for a week in March. It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, basic but good amenities. Lovely little pool. We had the same housekeeper all week. We were pleased to give her a $10 Tip upon checkout. It's absolutely worth $60/night. I'll stay there again if I'm in that area...

After reading some pretty negative reviews, I was reluctant to stay here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I asked for a nonsmoking, quiet room when I booked, and I was given a room on the far side from Interstate 10. The floor was fake wood, and there were no detectable odors in the room. The room was spacious and had...

The bottom line is that it's not somewhere to go to for a romantic or beauty appreciating week-end because the facility won't add anything to that in terms of ambiance, etc. But, if you are looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay for a night or two and are prepared to make some allowances, given the price, the Claremont Lodge is...

Recently I needed a close place to house my Son and Grandson who were visiting for Disneyland. We were looking for an economy spot for two nights so he could be close to my house before embarking on his trip. Claremont Lodge is easy access to the freeway and also to several good places to get a meal, and get...

The rooms are junky and old, the wifi does not work, but I was just dropping my little brother off at grad school and needed a place to lay my head.

My fiance and I were in town for an engagement party and decided to stay at this hotel because it was near the location and right off the freeway. From the outside it looked fairly decent. We paid for the room and drove to up the street to get some food to eat before going to our room. When we...
