My husband and i have enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. We were happy to have chosen for a rental car as the villages are far from each other. Certainly recommend the place. Point for improvement is the buffet.😊

Great location. Nice environment, nice beach, decent food. Our room was at the newest building. Really good and the pool area was great. But not a 5 stars hotel because it lacks in details. For example you cannot say during the check in that there is a dress code for the evening meal and actually the place was full of...

Dear Miss Catherine, thank you for taking the time to assess your stay with us. Please let me point out a few specific points: Regarding the dress code, it is explicitly stated on our website that there is a dress code and the accepted attire. Our travel agents also inform guests before arrival and our Reception staff repeat this upon...

In general, we spent very nice time on our holiday but more due to things around the hotel than the hotel itself – there are a lot of fine tuning that has to be done by the hotel management to make stay in the hotel a great experience. Closer to 3* hotel than 5* hotel. The hotel is situated between...

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for reviewing your stay at Alexandros Palace. We take our guests' comment seriously, so we're grateful for your detailed description and the particular things you pointed out. The hotel is situated on a hill, therefore it might be a challenge to reach your room if there's any condition, however since our rooms are many...

We have spent 10 days at the Alexandros Palace and can thoroughly recommend it. The staff at the hotel are all excellent and friendly from the reception to the housekeepers -especially the barman at the evening Theatre Bar, Zuzana who serves food and drinks at the main pool and Giannis at the Elia restaurant. We ate out most nights but...

Thank you for your lovely hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean, the cleaning crew is great, the restaurant staff are amazing! The pancake chef at breakfast is fantastic and he's great with the kids who queue up on they're own. As for the waiters, they are amazing, our favourite...

Dear Miss Isabelle, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback about your stay with us. Regarding the gym hours, they're based on what our guests usually prefer and they don't really visit the gym earlier than 10AM. We're sorry about that. Our breakfast has plenty of fresh fruit available every day and the croissants and other...

Very nice hotel, very friendly hotel personnel, spacious rooms. The restaurant and buffets were ok, but not really on a five star level. Food very similar every day, sometimes waiting time to get seated, pretty expensive drinks. What we liked the best was the watersports center of Dinos, privately owned, years of experience, relaxed, not too commercial, very nice atmosphere,...

Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to rate your experience at Alexandros Palace. We're happy to learn you had a great time. I do feel, however, that this is mostly an advertisement for the Water Sports company you enjoyed, rather than the hotel. Please feel free to rate them separately, on their Tripadvisor listing, if any. Our...

Room size is good and the seaview is beautiful. Other than that, no WiFi, no entertainment, the staff was friendly, however unprepared for a supposebly 5* hotel. Unfortenatelly, expiriences in APH are worse from year to year. This year special. Primarely, this is related to hotel management and organization(I noticed personell changes). Some actions during the breakfast/dinner are almost insulting. Bad things: Catastrofic restaurant organization(waiting in line for a table for >15min, turning off coffee/juice/water machines at 10:00, no labels/descriptions for meals, large delays in refilling food, missing...
