We stayed here years ago when it was part of Le Meridien chain. It's a little tired looking in places (needs a tad more upkeep on stairs, etc.) but it's a great location, spacious rooms, great views, a terrific fitness center and lap pool. I'd stay here again for sure if in San Diego area; also easy access from highway...

We had a great weekend at the Marriott Coronado Resort. It is a very family friendly resort in a great location by the harbor. The only real criticism, would be the cost of food and beverage which was a bit over the top, particularly breakfast, give this a miss, Otherwise, this is a very clean and professionally run hotel and...

the view is un-matched, you enjoy an un-obstructed view of the bay from worn old pool deck chaises. there's a kind of metal fence to keep out visitors I think,Idk, we have tried to like this place and have stayed here many times over 10 years. It just really really needs a rehab.so i can't go back and spend around $300/night...

Can't beat the location if your looking for a beautiful view and low key. Hotel was older but nice and pool area was very relaxing. Menu at restaurant was limited but easy to walk to dining along the shore

The hotel is expensive for what it is. 32 dollars to park is ridiculous. I got to my room and the tv didn't work. This is not acceptable. I needed a late check out and they told me to be out by noon. For the prices here I expected to be taken care of far better.

This resort is right across the bay from San Diego and about two miles to the Coronado Beach Hotel. The room we had, a standard king, was very roomy, had a microwave and refrigerator. Very clean, and well equiped. The pool area is nice, and the workout room is very good. This doesn't "feel" like a resort, it's more like...

Great hotel within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. It's across the bay from the main part of San Diego, though, so if you want to go to downtown you will have to take the water taxi or a taxi. I really loved the location and getting a taxi was not difficult. Beautiful location, and a really nice...

Overall we've liked this resort. We've had a pleasant stay there and enjoyed it. The room with the balcony, the size of the room, the big bath and shower, the pools and fitness clubs. I really liked that from the hallway to our room you can see the ocean. We've loved that there are ducks and pink Flamingos in the...

I have been staying at the Marriott at Coronado Island for years. This year I paid more than at any other time. The room was in need of a major redo. I took pictures of all the problems. They included very dirty tile and grout in shower. an extremely dirty bathrobe left in the closet, a bathroom door that could...

Staying on Coranado is a must for me when visiting San Diego. Also, being able to step out of my room onto a balcony with a view of the Bridge, Bay, and Skyline is what brought me back to the Marriott, Coronado. I just love those views. I live in the desert of Phoenix, Arizona. So to have the opportunity...
