We booked the hotel's grand lobby for a retirement party for our revered teacher colleague. Two private event managers helped plan the menu and logistics. Originally, we figured there would be around 25 people but the party grew to over 40. Throughout the ordeal we had only positive, helpful solutions to our questions. With the increased number attending, it was necessary...

Teachers Rule! Loved having your group with us. Milena and Maureen in our Private Events Department are wonderful and it is very pleasing to know everything went so well. Seth GM

First visit-valet parking only (and the most disorganized I have ever experienced). We weren't allowed in this hotel (famous for where the munchkins of The Wizard of Oz stayed and raised hell during filming), because of a wedding. Had a drink on the patio- service was terrible, no one to seat us, waived down one of two waiters tending to...

We have become a very popular destination for weddings and events. Sorry this meant closing off the Grand Lobby for the ceremony, but our service on the Patio should be better. I am confident that your return visit will amaze you. Our nightly jazz bands and the whole atmosphere at our Historic Hotel is memorable. See you soon. Seth Horowitz...

The lobby lounge/restaurant is beautiful and quaint. This boutique hotel also has historical significance. The food does not disappoint and the bartenders know how to make good drinks. It is a special treat to enjoy live jazz entertainment in the evenings. This is a go-to spot for happy hour, dinner, late night, breakfast, lunch and brunch. The location is great...

Good location, friendly staff, But it's noisy in each direction. One side you have a very busy street with cars passing 24/7. In the other side a bar and people parting until late night. If you want to sleep don't stay here now if the intention is to party until late you might have a good time.

I am so sorry that the activity of the Downtown and our busy hotel did impinge upon your quiet enjoyment of your stay with us. We do have rooms up and away from the activity that could be made available. We are reaching out to you to make this right. The night you were with us included a high school...

We stayed in the Culver Hotel for 8 days in September. Although not on the Santa Monica beach front for which you will pay dearly to stay at, you are only a 15 minute drive away. The atmosphere of Culver City itself is one of calm and has genuine interest for any fan of the film industry. The Hotel is...

What a lovely review, THANK YOU. The beauty of our location is that we are that close to the Ocean, Beverly Hills, LAX and Downtown Los Angeles, we are in the center of the Westside of Los Angeles. In addition, we have the activities of Downtown Culver City, which have become a true destination in Los Angeles County. See you...

we are an official LANDMARK hotel, very proud of our Historic connection to Culver City. Nothing better than sitting on our patio overlooking the Town Plaza, far away from any traffic. Seth Horowitz General Manager The Culver Hotel.

This historic hotel gem was a near-perfect choice for a five-night stay in L.A. Culver City may have long since been absorbed into the megalopolis, but vestiges of once was remain--such as this charming hotel and its low-key pleasant staff. A nearby park provides stunning hilltop views of the area. The streets are lined with pretty good restaurants. A great...

The Scenic Overlook is just south of the hotel and an energetic hike up to a wonderful view which highlights just how centrally located we are on the Westside. The ocean to your left, Beverly Hills in front of you and Downtown Los Angeles to the right. A perfect little city right in the middle of everything. Seth Horowitz The...

This review almost seems superfluous as everything has been said already. The location is perfect (assuming you want/need to be in Culver City) as it is in walking distance to whatever you need: coffee, groceries, high end and low end restaurants (read: In 'N Out), movie theatres, and plenty of old Hollywood hot spots. And while the exterior of the...

We've stayed at the Culver Hotel several times, and will stay there again. It is a small boutique hotel, the staff is friendly, the rooms are small but neat and clean, and it is very well located with lots of restaurants and night life within walking distance.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I spent three nights there and each one was great. My room was spacious and comfortable, with the most adorable loveseat and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was teeny-tiny but had everything I needed. There was a spacious closet and an antique wardrobe. I loved having windows that actually opened!...
