The motel is probably what you get for your money and the location. It was just about fine to meet my needs for a week on a work trip but would not stay again or reccommend to anyone. Generally pretty clean. Unfortunately I had a series of experiences that left me less than satisfied. I needed to move rooms twice...

This was my first stay at Alpine and it was perfect for our needs. We were a party of four attending the Dickens Fair for the weekend - so we wanted something close to the Cow Palace and roomy enough for getting ready in full Victorian attire. The staff at Alpine is warm and friendly - we loved the coffee...

We stay here for 1nite. We drove 6hrs from La and arrived at 4.30pm . The motel design from the street is like a little cottage. Beautiful. Customer service very nice and we found our room so cosy, clean, bathroom and fresh linen and got everything we need. Coffee machine is available in the reception room. Shops and food just...

Pros: clean, comfortable bed, inexpensive for the area, outside is cute, minimal but appealing decor Cons: bare wood floors, noisy heater kept us awake, breakfast came in box (hard boiled egg, yourt, doughnut holes)

I think for the money it would be better to spend just a bit more and get a fancy place to stay, but for mid-grade hotel and SF prices this was pretty good. The best part was that it was totally quiet. It's right by the cow palace and I was there for an event, so I expected some noise,...

Clean en quiet little apartment style hotel, staff is friendly and helpful (Mauricio) don't expect too much from the breakfast -foto- rooms could do with a doormat esp. when raining. Parking is good and secure on own property in deadend street

We stopped at this place unexpectedly when looking for a place to stay for the night after a long trip, but loved it so much we had to stay another night. The room was very clean, had comfortable beds to lay on, and met all our needs at a very reasonable price. Natalie was very pleasant and was obligated to...

The ride from SFO had me worried. The neighborhoods were run down looking and downright scary. When we got to the Inn, it was on a hill , residential area, safe and lovely views of the water. A drive to San Francisco was only minutes and the scenery was gorgeous.. We took a different route. The lovely , sweet front...

Place was clean and tidy. The room we had is quiet and its not far from city and Golden Gate at all. I would suggest for the heater to be checked as the one in our room wasn't working and inside the shower was quite dark. I would say it's perfect for a short stay. The lady at the reception...

Spotless. Small. Extra bed costs extra. Reading light absent for 2nd bed. Management was quite good. Not many choices for area. I would stay there again but would shop around. AirBNB in area was not good. TV choices limited.
