After a mix up over dates- they were expecting us the night before; we turned up to be assured there was 'room at the Inn'. Sadly this was a case of extremes. We arrived to be greeted by a vivacious, engaging host who made us feel very welcome. We had booked two rooms and the first was ready for us...

From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the service here was great! The staff is friendly and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. A real show of pride by the owners! Our room was cozy and clean, we loved the patio just outside our door! It was peaceful and a perfect place to enjoy a...

This is the only place where we could find a room (with two costly exceptions at over $300 and $1200!) when we looked on the Saturday of Easter weekend (last minute trip!). We got so lucky - it's really lovely. We had a room numbered in the 40s, and we had a private balcony overlooking the woods. There are weird...

I think that a lot of people have it right. It is a very nice little hotel. First of all, the front desk service is OUTSTANDING. The rooms do not have microwaves. I needed my toddler's bottle heated up. I also had a couple of hot dogs I needed heated up. The front desk agent not only heated the bottle...

I'd recommend this place. It's about an hour from the centre of the park, a good place to stay en route from Los Angeles. Very comfortable, big breakfast, nice little place. Was beautiful in the snow.

We just spent a 3-day weekend at the Narrow Gauge Inn. It was snowy but they did their best to keep the driveway and parking lots navigable. The staff was very helpful with information about the Inn as well as providing recommendations about places to eat. We headed into the park early in the morning to avoid traffic and missed...

Really impressed by this hotel! Location, decor, staff everything really really full of personality. The room was of a good size and decorated with arts and craft features. Fantastic view over the trees and valleys, really quiet and with easy access to Yosemite Park. They offered us complementary breakfast. The only 2 negatives were: the outside light that was on...

Stayed here coming out of the park and enjoyed it very much. Staff is very friendly and breakfast in adjacent restaurant was enjoyable. The restaurant has a mountain lodge look to it and I understand during the in-person (Memorial Day to signs of serious snowfall) is outstanding in the area for the food offered. Narrow gauge railroad with excursions is...

Wonderful stay at the Narrow Gauge. Room was nice, breakfast was great and the sound of the locomotive being fired up in the morning at the Sugar Pine Railroad was great! It was a great place to stay as a midpoint between Yosemite and Sequoia

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful, place has a nice breakfast, rooms are clean and cozy, they have great view and beautiful porch. I personally loved just sitting out and enjoy the place. We will be back for sure.
