if you have any food restriction, you may inform this upon reservation then make clear with the restaurant staff again on arrival. the chef can prepare one special dish for you then have a look what you could have from the buffet line.
i would suggest double checking on your every meal and if you find anything suspicious you can ask for something else. I was there on a gluten-free restriction, I survived, and had fun to the max :)
