The lodge location is beautiful! Christmas decorations had already been made and looked very festive. For us hearing Christmas music while swimming in 87 degree F weather made a smile. Service was good and staff very friendly. Our breakfasts were good with adequate variety - nothing fancy but something for everyone to enjoy before starting the day. We were in...

Aiman Batang Resort has the shape of a Longhouse located in the Batang Ai Lake. The hotel needs much maintenance, old style bedrooms, old style bathrooms which need to be refurbished. Personnel is kind and available. Food is good and served in pleasant way.

We stayed here for 1 night. The location is great. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. The bathroom was not the cleanest and I wore sandals when taking a shower. The food at the restaurant was average. Overall, I would stay here again if it is renovated.

Place is alright but very tired. Location pretty. We took most of our valuables with us on excursions except a small amount of hidden cash in luggage as there was no safety deposit box in the room. On our return someone had riffled through our stuff found the cash and helped themselves to some thinking we would not notice until...

The real selling factor for this property is no doubt the location. It takes a good few hours to drive here from Kuching and get the boat across the lake, but it really is stunning. Located on the hills by the lake, with a great view across the water and the evening sun, the location of the property is superb....

Stayed here for a night and quickly check-out the next day. checked-in was alright. Breakfast and dinner not much of varieties. Taste and outlook very weird for a Creme Caramel Pudding and Fried Rice tasteless. Nothing much to do at night so we end up sleep early after the dinner. Don't expect WIFI in the room and WIFI only available...

Stayed here with my family & a group of friends. The resort is situated beside the hydroelectric dam within the forest. It is quiet and relaxing. A rare gem for someone who wants to escape to the peaceful nature, yet at the same time, can still be pampered with some modern amenities/conveniences. The staffs were friendly, and you can see...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of an organised tour including a visit to aan Iban Longhouse. You arrive by boat and there is quite a steep climb up stairs and a hill before you reach reception. All of the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was in block 7 and I think we...

Its was a different experience, since this hotel is based on a long house design. Longhouses have a long hall right Infront of your house which is shared by few families. This hotel could be better if it was maintained, but it has friendly staffs both at reception and the restaurant. You will hv to take their buffet dinner as...

Our family group of 30 consisted of elderly, young children made a short 2D1N trip to the beautiful lake-shore resort at Aiman Batang Ai Resort & Retreat a week ago. It was a fun, memorable and enjoyable trip for us. The property was a bit 'old' but we did have a great time enjoying games of snooker, swimming, table tennis, fishing...
