I was there for a week while taking grad classes at Fresno Pacific Seminary and I was really impressed. The room that I stayed at was beautiful with a really nice bed and shower. It was on the first floor and the back porch opened up to a courtyard to their really nice pool and Jacuzzi. The service was great... More

This was our first time stay in Fresno. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet being that close to the airport. We liked the courtyard with pool and jacuzzi. We had easy access to downtown Fresno and other attractions.

Dated rooms but immaculately clean. Lovely inner courtyard with pool and jacuzzi. Very close to airport, has shuttle. Friendly staff, inexpensive breakfast. Great pillows, towels, linens. No elevator to second floor. Worked just fine for our late arrival before driving to Yosemite.

So we checked in and asked for 2 beds. We were told there were NO two bed rooms on the first floor only the 2nd. And no elevator. We carried our heavy bags up the stairs and I threw my back out. Ruined the trip and still in pain. Unreal.

My family and I stayed at this Inn for 1 night while traveling to/from Kings Canyon National Park. The exterior and lobby area was a bit dated but OK otherwise. Check-in took awhile due to a confusing customer in front of me, but the person was nice and friendly. The Inn has 2 floors and no elevator. Our room was... More

We apologize that we fell short of your families needs during your stay. We were able to resolve this issue in our pool area. I have certainly spoken to our staff regarding the A/C settings in our guest rooms. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We hope to see you again at the Piccadilly Inn Airport. More

I thought this hotel was going to be nice and updated. The lobby at least was, but I was surprised that our executive suite looked like it came out of the 70's. The flower covered wall paper and border, chipped mirror, box spring bigger then mattress...great for hitting your knees. The flat screen TV was the only thing that seemed... More

We stayed here en route to San Francisco from Sequoia National park....Rooms are okay but very dated... They are clean but TV reception is appalling. pleas don't eat in the hotel... the food and service was appalling... for this reason we would not stay here again.

This may be an older property, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are large, the staff is wonderful, the interior and exterior show the care and maintenance it receives. Near shopping & dining,
