You can't find a better way to spend a quiet evening after a day at the wineries than a nice meal outside at the Glen Ellen Inn. I had an artichoke and feta pasta that was out of this world for how simple and fresh it was. Quiet, quaint, and cool.

We stopped here on our wine tasting trip. It is a wonderful place. We had the Kobe burger with seasoned fries and the Jerk chicken salad with citrus dressing. They were both amazing, they bring you bread and scones while you wait for your meal. They are delicious. Definately visit here!

Stopped for a late lunch on a visit in the area. The kitchen was totally unable to deal with a small rush. Food was acceptable, not spectacular. Wine selection by the glass was also surprisingly thin given the wide (and expensive) options available in bottles.

I've reviewed this restaurant before but when an establishment is so good that I keep coming back for more I feel it deserves an update. My husband and I ate there over the long weekend. We both decided to walk outside our comfort zone and order something we had never ordered before ... his was the Kobe hamburger and mine...

We did not dine at the restaurant, so this review is for the Inn/Cottage. Check in is at the bar, where the bartender gets your credit card and hands you the key to the cottage. I think that was quite unique. :) We stayed at #7. pros - this is the only cottage that is separate. 1-6 share a wall...

been to the inn many times. Last night (Jan 13, 2017) was disappointing. Service was spotty. Starting with the fact they gave us desert menus when we sat down. The special steak was very salty and the crab raviolis were very salty. For $160. for two persons, one appetizer and no deserts the food needs to be 5 star, last...

Glen Ellen Inn is an old style wine country restaurant that feels welcoming right when you enter. Warm hues and soft lighting make you want to curl up and stay a while. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a commanding knowledge of the menu and the ingredients, which is so important for allergy sufferers. And, they double check...

We bumped into the Glen Ellen Inn at the last minute after our other plans got messed up and it was a very nice surprise. I guess there known for their Martinis. They have a long list, most of which are wacky, but they do have good gins for more standard cocktails. The food was all good with a few...

I loved this place! They have a huge martini list and the martinis are great. We were a big party and everyone loved their food. Great presentation, wonderful flavor and exquisite presentation. The service was excellent also.

We have friends in the area and often visit for a long weekend. What a beautiful spot. As a foodie, good restaurants are part of the experience with friends! We decided to take a drive to Bodega Bay and try for fresh oysters and some beautiful vistas. Bingo, great views but food no joy. All too crowded. Then off to...
