It was a very nice hotel. We always stay at an Embassy Suites when traveling and have never been disappointed. The complimentary breakfast is great. The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. What I still don't get is with the price per room - why the steep parking charge?!

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Unviersal studios. I would not recommend this hotel although I enjoy the amenities of the Embassy Suites hotels. I experienced problems with check in, overcharging me for a room that was confirmed via the internet, and encountered very poor customer service. Staff are very matter of fact although not rude.

We have always been very happy with The Embassy Suites. However, we were very disappointed with this stay. The gentleman at the front desk couldn't understand English and put us in a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking. Then he put us in another room that had broken closet doors and had stained carpet and was dark and...

Pool needs to be more open and better quality of air conditioning in the rooms and through out the hotel. The breakfast that was given was quite delicious and plenty of it! The happy hour could offer more in choices to eat!

I attended a fan club weekend at the Glendale, CA Embassy Suites. Air conditioning was lacking all weekend in the banquet rooms, hallways and elevators. It was very uncomfortable and I will not return in the summer to this hotel.

Brian Capshaw the bellman, was the nicest friendliest most helpful bellman we have ever met!!!! The Embassy Suites is very lucky to have him on staff. In addition Michaelene Resendes and Pamela Pasley couldn't have done any better to help make our events a success. General Hospital Fan Club

No blackout created by curtains — never got dark, with light coming around all sides. A leaky faucet made air in room moist and gross. The public areas were beastly hot, while the convention rooms were freezing. TVs were not user friendly. TV system checked me out without showing me my bill (no idea why.) I hated the beds, but...

First, I had booked 2 rooms, 1 with a king and 1 with 2 doubles and called months in advance to confirm that they would be adjoining. This is very important to me when traveling with 4 kids. I called the day before our arrival to confirm that the rooms were adjoining. I was told that there wasn't a note...

Easy location from the freeway, hotel staff friendly. The parking fee was $18 per night which I found overpriced for the area. The room was fair, internet signal weak. The breakfast buffet was ok with a decent selection.

Normally you think Embassy Suites are modern, clean and friendly staff and that was not the case. We got to the hotel around 1am and the gentleman at the front desk seemed bothered that we were checking in. He gave us no greeting/welcome. He snapped at we when I was trying to ask him a question. Earlier in the morning...
