Situated directly on PCH with the stunning sands of Huntington Beach just steps away, this place is a throw back to the 60's. No frills, just nice, sparse rooms, all with ocean views. Clean and convenient, just 4 blocks to Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier, the place is well maintained with on site parking. Morning coffee and sweets are...

Great little place to stay if you like the beach and the beach is right across the street. Good restaurants nearby. Had a great time bodysurfing for the first time in 43 years. Wish we would of had more time to hang there. I definitely will go back.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. The location was perfect and the rooms had all we really needed for a beach stay. Nothing fancy but nice hot showers and comfortable rooms. Only thing we didn't like was the carpet was a bit dirty and got our feet dirty. Great customer service and good deal!

As other reviews point out, this hotel is a bit dated, but I found it to be clean and in a great location. The staff was super friendly. Being walking distance to downtown was what really made this a great, convenient place to stay. I'm a former HB resident who now lives in Denver, and make trips out to HB...

This motel is nothing fancy and it is outdated, but it doesn't try to be more than that. I enjoy staying here because it reminds me of old Huntington before everything turned into a multi million dollar mansion and it was an affordable, laid back surf town with friendly people. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. This is...

Was down for the Surf City Marathon and wanted to get close to the start line. Hyatt was charging more than $440 a night. Surf 'n' Sands was still a bit pricey for a "Motel" at almost $200 a night, but i figured why not give it a try. Bad idea. The place was disgusting. The best thing i can...

Not the newest or shiniest but superb value and located right on the beach. Pet friendly, the huntington dog beach is a lovely 3 block walk down the beach. 3 blocks the other way is downtown Huntington for food and surf shops.
