I always love visiting the Pine Woods Resort. They make me feel like a VIP! My friend and I decided to take a "girls Weekend": Hiking, dining, spending some nice time. Each time we come, the hotel looks better and better. The new lights make the place so beautiful at night, and - safe. Of-course - there are security cameras...

I came here, after staying in a hotel in Palm Springs, that had no TV! Can you imagine? So I was so happy to see the modern TV sets in my suite, and - the TV outside! Yes!! They have an out door TV, in a beautiful pergola, where I was watching the latest about elections 2016 with a Chinese...

Everything about my stay here was horrible. The room is dirty, old and smelly. The furniture is awful, hard, dirty and old. The bathroom is scary. The room was way overpriced. AND they over charged my credit card. I have tried many times to reach the only person who can handle the refund and can never reach her. This place...

We booked a reservation here and were scheduled to spend a night back in April on a business trip but due to cancellation of the business we rescheduled for May. In May there was a medical emergency that precluded that trip. In August we contacted the resort and spoke with the owner who graciously rescheduled us for Labor Day weekend...

We stayed one night the end of June 2015 at a quoted rate of $153.00/night. When we left early the next morning there was no staff in the office. We left the key at the office and continued our trip. A few days later we noticed that there were three charges of $153 for a total of $459 on our...

During May I took a quick break from thousands of Hollywood "meetings" with business millionaires. I started my trip out in Palm Springs but all my celebrity friends recommended the Pine Woods Resort and I could not resist any longer. Upon arriving the sweet lovely Teresa must have mistook me for a mouse because she brought me platter after platter...

After a horrific stay in Palm Springs, a celebrity friend of mine suggested: "Let us recover, hiking and being pampered at the Pine Woods Resort in Idylwild". I heard about the new special place from a Hollywood producer, so I changed my flight back to Florida, and joined my friend. It was his anniversary. Upon our arrival - the team...

Where do I begin... There was only one wash cloth for two people, the shower head did not work, the dust flew off the bedspread, there were lots of cobwebs all in the living room, there was a hole in the bathroom door. I didn't look too much further and just couldn't stay another night. This was certainly not was...

I went for a family wedding in Palm Springs. It was so hot, that we needed to escape to a cooler place. I told my family members about the Pine woods Resort in Idylwild. They were excited just to get out of the hit. Though they were booked, Theresa promised to call if there was a cancellation. She dis indeed....

My family loves hiking, so after visiting the short film festival in Palm Springs, we went to our usual place - the Pine Woods Resort. My son brought Julie, his girlfriend, so we focused on "family Time". We asked for room 19 - one of the fully renovated ones. We loved the brand new wooden floor, new bathroom, and this...
