The hotel staff was incredible. Sarah at check in, Miguel at Lantana, Kieren and Gabe by the pool, Olga making breakfast sandwiches, truly a remarkable staff. I have never remembered anyplace like I remember my five days at this resort. We never left and were never so relaxed in our lives. We're from the South and this Hyatt could teach a course on Southern Hospitality! I wish I could give it six stars.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. My only concern was that the room didn’t get very cold. It wasn’t too bad because it was in the 70s outside. I can’t picture staying here in the summer when it gets to 115-120 and the room doesn’t stay cold. That would be my only concern. The kids loved the pool area and the other activities offered by the hotel. The food was average but the kids enjoyed eating at the pool area. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant.
Wonderful stay with extended family in two-bedroom Villa with private plunge pool. Kids loved the huge water slide and grandpa loved the golf. Daniel at front desk went out and beyond to ship my golf clubs back home when we didn't have room enough in our car for the ride home.
Went for a conference ended up taking whole family given the amenities. Everyone had a blast. The hotel was very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff friendly. Pool was very clean and lots of staff on hand. Very good experience.
The staff at the Hyatt Regency went out of their way to make you feel like the only hotel guest on the property. The property itself is very well maintained and the pool area was our favortie part of the stay.
I am in the booking process for rooms later this year for a wedding, and the reviews about cleanliness are a little concerning. We had some issues getting the group booking code to work initially but the coordinator has worked so diligently to get everything working now for the wedding. Hooray! I just called to add a night to my stay outside of the group booking code, and Mike, an offsite operator familiar with the property, was unbelievably kind and patient with me and so informative! That guest service alone makes me more excited about our stay here. Hoping the cleanliness issues have been addressed by the time we visit. But I will say, most often than not reviews are written for negative things. So here's some motivation to write a review to those of you having positive experiences out there! …
We went to the Hyatt to attend the BNP Paribas Open - 3rd and 4th round days. The hotel was buzzing with tennis. We had a great time - the proximity to the event, the shuttle service, the ability to relax at the hotel - all was a giant A+++. The Indian Wells Resort is a well run and beautiful resort. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The surrounding Palm Springs area has so much to do - we will be back!
We have been staying at the Hyatt Indian Wells hotel for the last 11 years. In our last stay, we had to request daily cleaning services. The expectation is that you do not want any -- How convenient for the hotel. The maids who came to fix the room left trash every day. We had trash from the first day of our stay upon checking out. The prices are excessive. For example, a two bedroom villa is as expensive as the 7 star hotel Burj Al Arab, which has amazing rooms, customer services, staff. There is no comparison between these two hotels yet Hyatt charges as much as a 7 star hotel. The employees of the hotel are helpful at the check in desk. There is no room service. The rooms are very old and ran down. Overall, it is a property that is excessively expensive and it is on a steep decline. I think they have trouble finding the right people but they charge guests as if they were a top hotel, which is not.…
Stayed here in July of 2022 for 4 days, boy was it hot! The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. We stayed on the first floor near the waterslide. Our room had 2 beds and a sofa pull out bed. There was a sliding glass door in our room that lead right to the pool area. Our room provided easy access for the kids to throw on their bathing suites and get to the pool every day. The pool was busy, but so much fun. They had a waterslide, lazy river, multiple pools, tennis court, gym and an outdoor area to play games like oversized jenga, pingpong and an oversized connect 4. We never left the hotel and our kids had a blast.
We love coming back to the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells for our desert getaways! We had the opportunity to stay in the one bedroom villa with hot tub and it was so perfect for our family! Nigi made sure to recognize my husband’s accomplishment and our celebration at the resort with our family. We are always treated so well by Nigi and staff and recognized as World of Hyatt members. The pools were heated and the kids had a blast in the lazy river. It wasn’t very warm at times but instead we enjoyed our hot tub in the backyard of the villa. Only thing that could’ve made our stay even better if the children’s slide was open. They didn’t have enough lifeguards to man all stations during this season. Another plus side to going to a water park in the middle of winter was there weren’t hoards of people hogging pool chairs! We would definitely book another winter stay here. Breakfast for globalists is the buffet or you can order a la carte. We tried both on different days and loved the options of the buffet and enjoyed the eggs Benedict a la carte option the next day. We can’t wait to be back for our next desert getaway! Thank you Nigi and team for another awesome stay!…
