My family and I returned to indian wells resort after the hotel provided me with a complimentary room. It worked out great since we had to return for my son's tennis tournament. Once we arrived, the hotel upgraded our room. It was fantastic! Again staff were friendly and helpful and will continue to stay at the location each time I...

Great hotel! Staff were amazing and personable. Our room was fabulous! Lots of old Hollywood photos and Franks Place helps to keep the era alive! Would stay here again, great value! Great for families

I needed to stay in the Palm Springs area as a break during my trip. The Indian Wells Resort was having a great deal that I could not pass up. I adore anything "old Hollywood" and nostalgic (I was born in the wrong era), so I was looking forward to my overnight stay. I'm so glad I did. What a...

For some reason our rate (for a parking lot view) was $200+/night. My boss made the reservation so I'm not sure why he didn't get the $99 or $169 rate. For the cheaper rates I might give it a 4.5 rating. Rooms need some serious updating. However it was clean and not run down...just out-dated. Wiring for wifi through the...

Lovely evening at the dinner entertainment on a Thursday. We didn't know what to expect as we just showed up. Delicious food and wine. Great ambience and fun to watch the Frank Sinatra guy. Very attentive staff - definitely would recommend.

Definitely overpriced. Nice location (close to restaurants and to the tennis garden), but bad service, average room and poor structure. The building is generally old, with carpets everywhere. Gym is small and has no windows, front desk lacks organization.

This is a super cool old-school hotel. The number famous people who used to frequent this location in the 50s 60s and 70s is amazing. The hotel restaurant features a nightly show of old-school songs from Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Junior, and many more. The ambience in this hotel is excellent. There's an atmosphere of the rat pack...

We stayed here for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament this past weekend. We got a great rate and they gave us a room to match that rate (we literally had no view from our balcony, it was a giant wall). We didn't mind as we weren't planning on spending too much time in the room. The room itself was very...

This was one of those times when the wonderful first impression from the outside was dashed to pieces by the interior of the hotel. What we saw, pulling up to a lovely exterior, beautiful grounds and the golf course framed by the mountains was what we expected inside. Instead, here was a very "tired" decor with worn and dirty carpets...

We enjoyed that this was a smaller, quirky hotel, with nice outdoor space and good views. Rooms: spacious but dark. Every room has outdoor space, but no chairs or tables to enjoy it. LOTS of noise between rooms, hallways etc. Cleaning was inconsistent - we moved rooms when we noticed how disgusting the bathroom was in our first room, second...
