The Hacienda was everything I expected it to be - mostly awesome and a little bit dated.
The site feels historic and remote and quiet. It's also spartan, haphazardly furnished, and economical.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, but often inaccessible.

Try (831) 386-2262 from their FB page. It took them a couple days to respond to my voicemail too. They're a little honeybadger in terms of regular staff hours/duties; appears to be a p/t job for people who live on the base.
