All things considered I had to rate our last stay "Excellent". Booked for Christmas Eve and got a bottom floor room for the first time. Was not bad, in fact quiet. Did not know if anyone was in the floor above. Arrived late in the evening and Roni still wanted to meet us at the office and give us our...

The room was very quaint. Antique furnishes. Lovely antique furniture. But the bathroom was severely outdated. It looked as if the bathroom was an after thought. Pet friendly. I would stay again but an updated bathroom would really make it worth what they charge a night.

Because this is a tourist town the prices are high. This could have been a lot nicer and a lot better value; as it was, it was average. My advice is to get a room on the top floor. We were on the lower floor and every time the person above walked on their floor it was on our ceiling....

The Julian Lodge isn't anything fancy, but has everything you will need for a nice trip to this small town. It is located right in town, and you can walk to all the stores, restaurants, and even the Gold Mine. Continental Breakfast is served daily, and Coffee, warm drinks and of course apples are always available in the Lobby. Also...

I recently stayed at the Julian Lodge. Why? I had a wedding to attend at a nearby winery/farm. The shuttle for the wedding picked us up in the parking lot; this was for all in attendance for the wedding. I thought this would be the best place to stay for that reason. NOT!!!! Not only was the room dirty. I...

Perfectly located near the center of Julian and within eay walking distance of everything. Staff is exttremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained although a it outdated, Shower had some issues of suddenly turning cold. Other than that this was really a fine place to stay..

We spent the weekend with our car club and took about 13 rooms. Hotel clerk was very nice and quick to check everyone in. Continental breakfast was included and in a nice gathering room. Our room was very nice cozy. Some others had larger rooms that had a small refrigerator and microwave. Hotel right in town which is very convenient...

We spent the Labor Day weekend in Julian for a wedding, and stayed at the Julian Lodge. We had the chance to visit most of the other facilities in town, where other guests were staying, and The Julian Lodge is by far the nicest. It's a clean, comfortable, modern motel with prompt, friendly service and a very creditable included breakfast...

I stayed here on the July 4th weekend. First off, I arrived before check in time and was given a room on the 1st floor. When I came back after enjoying some site seeing they had moved me to a better room on the 2nd floor. There was no parking at the time and the receptionist offered to move her...

We stayed here at the Julian Lodge on a recent vacation. We stayed one night in Julian and chose this place. This property fits in perfectly with the rest of the town. It has got that down home feel to it. The front desk staff was great and gave us plenty of advice on the area. The room was perfect...
