Visited Double Eagle after having stayed beside Yosemite which I thought was going to be tough to beat. The drive to the resort was quite long (having come from El Portal)...however, once arrived this must be one of the best place I have visited. The room overlooked the pond, it was spotless, very welcoming staff and the spa was incredible....

I hosted a Bridal Shower with the help of Darla Ross, General Manager, and it was wonderful! There were to be 10 guests and we were given access to the bar, which I was allowed to decorate. The theme was, "Sweet Tea with the Bride-to-be and they made a big pitcher of sweet tea for us. We had the Brie...

This resort is much more intimate than it appeared online and we liked that about it. We were there in off season in March, so it was very quiet. It was very casual and nestled into the wooded area around a small pond (although it looks a bit like a lake in the website photos). It's a drive to the...

My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip in June, and got snowed in! We got "stuck" at the Double Eagle. This is a quality operation, nice rooms, the grounds are well cared for and beautiful. The Spa was really nice as well. The scenery can not be beat. We liked it so much we cancelled the rest of...

WE really enjoyed our stay here. I think that they are really trying to do everything right. WE had a problem with our fireplace which was never solved. They did offer to move us to a different room, but we had brought everything in because of the bears and we had a Lot of stuff because we had been on...

We usually stay in Mammoth but it was Spring Break - crazy! It was our anniversary weekend so we drove to June Lake looking for some quiet. We drove up on a Saturday afternoon and discovered this amazing place. We were booked in a cabin - it couldn't have been more cozy and perfect. We treated ourselves to massages at...

We love June Mountain and it is our family's first choice for skiing - we always stay at Double Eagle and have never been disappointed. The resort is nestled against the mountains - lovely views from our cabin or the pool area. The cabins are comfortable & we have never had any problems with heat - always plenty of blankets...

It had 2 queen beds, a small love seat that sat 2 comfortably, a kitchenette table for 4 and a coffee table and large TV with cable for viewing. The beds were nicely covered in crisp white sheets. The sateen comforter cover...

I have visited this place many time all year round. The view is stunning!! I have your their spa which is excellent. I had a facial and was able to use their facility all day which included the gym and pool. The restaurant is excellent and their tiny bar quaint. You can bring the fish you caught and they will...
