Just got back from 3 days at this GREAT lodge. Sort of an anniversary "do over". Wife negotiated to get Audobon cabin and it was WAY COOL! Usually we're in tents and this place was a nice alternative. Full kitchen and "conversational bar" for chatting while cooking. Living area w/TV made for great World Series viewing. The views of June...

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Fern Creek Lodge. The resort is just minutes away from the center of town, where most of the restaurants are, but we had an excellent meal at Carson Peak Inn, which was walking distance from the resort. Yes, you can stay in over-built and pricey Mammoth Lakes, not too far away, but we...

Spent a couple of days hiking by myself in the June Lake area. I stayed in the Old School House (rustic cabin) which was the original school for area built in the 1930's. The cabin was clean and comfy. and I found the decor to be charming (old photos of the property, old fishing ads, etc.) This property is very...

My husband and I stayed in the Meachum cabin with a great front porch overlooking the beautiful forest of pine and aspen trees. We'd sit outside, after a full day of discovering nature's local wonders, enjoying our evening wine and cheese. The room was cozy and complete with well-equipped kitchen and modern bath. The staff was friendly and accommodated our...

We stayed for a weekend in June. It was easy to make a reservation by phone and they followed up with good communication. We stayed in Meacham's Intended which had 2 twins and a little kitchen and bath. Small but comfy. The decor is a bit dated, but I don't care much about that. It was quiet and we were...

John was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have stayed in many places in the...
