Chochi Garden is a nice place, 15$ for 4 people with the room 2 beds were okay for us in 2 nights, clean room and bathroom, close to the boat station and the bars on Sihanoukville beach. p/s: the bathroom should get the door ;)

Stayed at the newly appointed Chochi Garden in November 2015. Great rooms (very clean etc), lovely owners (Francesca and Taca are very kind and generous) and I even got to tickle Chochi behind the ears! Nik

The owners of Mohachai are great! The rooms are really inexpensive, we payed $9 for a room with two beds that fit four. There was a musky odor in the room but it was clean and the staff super accommodating. It's close to everything and Good value.

I spent most of my time on Otres Beach as Serendipity can be a little crazy at night. But every time i was headed in or out of town and wanted to be in Serendipity i stayed at Mohachai and was really grateful for it. Super clean, comfortable and cheap rooms right by the crazy coastal nightlife and/or the dock...

Middle of the range in every way. We didn't have any major problems apart from two out of three plugs failing to work in the room. AC and wifi worked fine. Little interaction between staff and myself but basic accommodation in a great location just 2 minutes from the beach at a cheap price. Would I stay here again? There...

This guesthouse was very conveniently situated for our diving trip. We stayed in the $5 room twice for four nights in total. Other than loud music being played early in to the morning (it is fairly close to the beach), the rooms were relatively clean, and the fan worked. Staff were lovely, and food and beers were served promptly.

We stayed in the wooden bungalow and it was cheap, but with hair in the sink and spiders in the bathroom (that obviously hadn't been cleaned in at least several weeks), a pot head as a long-term resident next door, swarms of mosquitoes rising out of a bog behind the hut, and not much going for this place other than...

Always i come to Sihanouk i stay here. The cheapest rooms are ok, basic but clean. I think that its here the have the cheapest private room in town. The staff is nice and helpful, the location perfect. You wont need anything else.

We stayed here for 2 nights while our Vietnamese visas were being issued and it is a basic guesthouse. We paid $10/night for a double bed with fan and ensuite bathroom. We didn't have any hot water - but it was so hot outside that we didn't miss it - in fact my fiance wished the water had been cooler....
