We overnighted in Sihaunokville before heading out for an early ferry to one of the islands. We arrived late -- but not that late, around 10 or 10:30 p.m. -- and there was no one working the desk at the hotel. Another worker (maybe the bartender?) eventually got us a room after 30min+ waiting and many phone calls. The front...

We spent three nights at Coolabah and couldn't fault it! Professional and friendly service from all members of staff. The restaurant is really good and the portions are huge! We had a spacious triple room on the first floor with a/c, tv, fridge and safe. Really good value! Swimming pool was a really good bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Coolabah was one of the better places we stayed in Cambodia. Rooms are really nice and clean with modern trimmings. If you want your postcards sent home they do it for you for $1, though I suspect they are sent off every few weeks as our cards took about 7 weeks to arrive in the UK. Would stay again but...

Since the hotel s booked through February it says it all. This relaxed but efficient hotel, back from the beaches and noise (although on my last night in the restaurant area it had a singer paste her prime) is well run, clean and 'full service.' I note some claim the rooms smell musty; the a/c is operating on re-cycled air...

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Everything about this place is great. The price, the rooms and the restaurant. Then there's the service... The restaurant staff are really friendly and seem alot happier than other staff in the country, speaking of which be sure to eat here at least once. The food is so good... and if you want to...

The room was located in the basement, without a proper window. Dark, with a strong mushy smell. Shower not working. In the dining room I was pestered by an all too friendly Australian woman, who insisted on making my choices for me.

We do not have a basement at the Coolabah Hotel (we're on sea level,it would flood), all room have windows our hot water is solar powered so always flowing. Sorry about the over friendly restaurant manager, not sure how we address that - ask her not to talk to guests?

Very well priced hotel with nice clean rooms and a swimming pool. Very helpfull staff and a relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking for more mature and peacefull accomadation with none of the loud bars and rowdy late night crowds, this is the place to stay. Reservations strongly recommended especially during peak times.
