This accommodation was booked as our tour company's usual place for bookings was fully booked. My partner and I are now looking for alternate accommodation as this place is absolutely DISGUSTING. The bathroom glass and mirrors are filthy with the showers seals and grout covered in mould. The bed is harder than the floor, and the sheets are stained and...

The room was quite OK, as were staff and there's a nice pool. Security not the best, safety boxes are not attached to the shelf and could be just picked up and carried out. Breakfast was only fair and sometimes crowded out by a bus load of tourists. There are no other meals, drinks or room are service available. If...

Due to flight mix up an airline paid for us to stay here the night. I would never actually pay to stay here. Bathrooms are in need of a good clean, general areas are just run down and dirty. Breakfast on the forth floor is catered to Asians. Deep fried fish, fried rice, pork..... of course an omelet station and...

The rooftop restaurant was a good location for breakfast. Wi-fi spotty (I was on top floor so may have been the reason - although the restaurant which was outside my room had excellent...

Hotel staff were as friendly as can be for what the hotel had to offer. Lift was broken. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool in the parking lot was unappealing. Noisy due to thin walls. USD55/night including breakfast...where you can stay right behind this hotel at the Ropanha Boutique Hotel for USD27 and have a perfect room walking out into the pool...

This is a basic hotel that is ok for a couple of nights and you just need a bed. The price is reasonable, the rooms are clean but adequate and it is close enough to the beach and the action. The cheaper rooms look out onto a blank wall. The pool is very small and basically in the parking lot...

Although the overall stay at the hotel was pleasant enough, the dining, cleaning and bellboy staff being especially nice, the way key staff handled my need to unexpectedly cut my trip short was very unprofessional. Although I gave them more than 24 hours notice that I would be leaving early due to an unexpected personal matter, they refused to refund...

The hotel is next to the beach and offer good rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is nice, fulfilling and it has plenty of options. The staff were very nice and helpful. A nice place, no stress!
