Very clean family fun guesthouse with an in room safe. Nothing to complain about. Perfect for the price. Security was taken seriously and our rented bikes were chained each night by the staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and everything worked.

We slept there for two nights. Its quite close to the (small) victory beach. Victory hill is 10 minutes walk. Nice and friedly staff, but nothing special. Rooms were okay, but not very clean. Many small flies.

We were planning not staying for a week, but at arrival decided this really was much too far away from nice beaches and anything. We checked out after one night. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The rooms were clean. This would be a great budget hotel, but it was just way too isolated.

The rooms at Whitehouse were really lovely. Really clean, the aircon worked really well and it was great to have a good TV and mini fridge as we were a bit far from the centre of Sihanoukville. It cost is about $5 every time to get close to the centre and then $5 back again. Good if you want somewhere...

First impression was great. Cheap, modern and clean which is all I could want, I thought. First night I went for a meal and drink, the neares is 15 minutes stroll in the dark on unlit roads. In the morning I was woken at 6:00 by a baby and then the family started shouting. The hotel is a concrete tiled...

The hotel was sparkling clean and apparently new. The owners/staff were delightful. The price was surprisingly low. The location, however, was a problem. Up a dark street two blocks from the nearly deserted beach with few restaurants around,

I had good expectations - but they were dashed. Promised bus station pick up didn't happen - so $5 for a tuk tuk (boss was away I was told). 1st room offered (35degree day - no lift) on 3rd floor had no electricity, 2nd room offered looked dirty and again no electricity, 3rd room OK, but window view was solid...

Stayed here for two nights, was very enjoyable. Was around 12 dollars per person per night. The owners were very friendly with good english, rooms were clean and cool and a beach was only a few hundred meters away. However, it is not located in central sihanoukville! We rented scooters for 7 dollars for 24h which was very fun and...
