A really nasty hotel. It's huge, and there to service a vast casino. Overwhelming first impression is a cloud of cigarette smoke which permeates everything. It is really disgusting. There is a massive amount of building work going on, so noise, drills and plaster dust all the time. That I could have coped with, but also they were sanding down... More

Stayed here for two night. First impression was that the hotel smelt like cigarette smoke and there is a casino in the lobby. The room was big and the bed comfortable the shower was average and you had to angle it the right way or the whole bathroom would get wet. Used the pool nice and large but we did... More

I was here with my friends at beginning of September. Our group was nearly 150 people including children. The hotel is just 5 mins far from beach by walk where you could have a Angkor beer with chatting friends there. Room was somewhat fie for staying. But it had smell of moist. Staffs were friendly. Wifi was free.

This hotel was likely very nice when it first opened. Nice pool but deck chairs are old a quite ratty. Our washroom (room 129) only had unbearable hot water coming out of the shower. The safe did not work at all and the air conditioning needed to be fixed. The hotel maintenance guy did get it working in about 30... More

Few things about this hotel which are very important for first timers: This is a 3 star property, and strictly so. Rooms overall architecture, wifi, room Aircon everything is just average quality. Don't expect anything extra-ordinary. Seems very popular with locals, so expect breakfast and pool to be very crowded, with families and children. Probably not a great place for... More

I stayed here for 8 days in March 2016. For the most part my stay was good but alot can be improved on. Most of the staff are excellent - really friendly and always with a smile. I had a standard room for single use and found that this doesn't have tea/coffee facilities - other rooms do apparently. My room... More

The Pros: Excellent customer service--front desk, breakfast buffet & housekeeping staff. Generous breakfast buffet with lots of asian & continental variety. The Cons: The room was not AT ALL as pictured in the "Management Photos" (we booked thru booking.com). Look at the "Traveler Photos" here on TripAdvisor for an honest view. The wifi was almost non-existent. Sometimes, if you sat... More

Was so impressed that came for another visit, its not the same hotel and has gone backwards in more then one way. The breakfast is a joke as there is never any refills, its a hit and miss situation, the staff let you walk on sticky juice spillage instead of cleaning it, they leave dirty dishes on the bar tops,...
