We needed this room for one night and it served a purpose. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was good. The desk manager was welcoming, spoke good English & we were given an upgraded room apparently. Do not waste your time eating in the restaurant - we needed breakfast before catching a bus and at 8am a significant number of items...

This accommodation was close to everything. The accommodation was clean and tidy, although the lamp shades could have been replaced; they had been sticky taped together...lol!!! The bathroom was very rough and ready; but again; very clean. If the accommodation is clean and tidy; I am usually happy with the accommodation. The pool area looked nothing like the photos on...

My room was nice but the bed was Worn out and you could really feel the springs. Food wasn't that great. it was right next to a bar that played loud music from about 8pm-12am which would be great if you want to party but if you want a good sleep without ear plugs don't stay here. Staff were kind.

No regret about choosing this small, welcoming hotel, perfectly located off the Golden Lions, in the vicinity of Serendipity Beach and the Pier. Nice, pleasant staff, decent rooms, kept clean and tidy by an efficient team of chambermaids. Liam, the Scottish owner, is always available if you need any help about anything.

Good value compared to how expensive other hotels in the area can be. We left an Airbnb booking early and luckily booked this on the day we left. Location can't be beat. Bathrooms can be a bit of a mess because the shower is open to the rest of the room without a curtain so water goes everywhere. Additionally the...

Spent 3 nights here, the basic room was medium-sized with all the usual facilities. In my room, the AC was very ineffective, & the temperature never dropped below 27c even with the AC on 24hrs a day. The manager checked it, but nothing more was done about it. With the ceiling fan on at night, it was ok to sleep...

We had to spend the night in Sihanoukville in order to catch the ferry for the islands the next morning so chose this for location . Sihanoukville is an assault on the senses after the rest of Cambodia but an unavoidable pit stop in my view. Staff were friendly and efficient but the room is dated, shabby with a very...

Reef resort is a nice place to stay with a pool and great intro dive classes available. It is next to a range of good bars and seems to be a fun vibe. We found our room okay but the bed was hard and it was very noisy due to the bar next door. In saying that it was still...

TripAdvisor calls this place Reef Resort but the correct name is The Reef Seafood Grill & Boutique Resort. It is located at the most perfect spot out of all other hotels. It is right in the middle of where all the restaurants and shops are. When you go out of the hotel you either go right or left and can...
