Lots of places are available to stay at in the area. Many are geared towards the backpacker and come complete with bedbugs or worse. The Reef Resort was a surprisingly modern, clean and comfortable motel with a nice pool and restaurant. It's likely more expensive than other places in the area but, after the LONG drive down to Serendipity beach...

This is one of the more expensive places in Sihanoukville and pretends to be one of the best. i regret there was no room at Monkey Republic two doors down which was better and at about 15% of the price. The bed was of a poor quality, the toilet broke in the one night that we were there and it was...

I've just spent 4 nights at reef resort and I am very satisfied with my choice. The hotel is very close to the beach and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of serendipity (bars, restaurants, shops). The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was ok and the swimming pool simply gorgeous. Only two negative points: our garden...

The receptionist was extremely helpful! The rooms are not too fancy but pleasant, clean and very close to both the golden lions and the Sokha Beach (which I also highly recommend). It a good value for money.

Although the breakfast was bad (small portions, not even good) we had a great time there. the rooms are clean, swimming pool too.I would say the location is a must too as it is far enough from the noisy part of this suburb but still easy to walk to the beach and bars.

I usually get to Sihanoukville every year for a few days and after my first stay years ago have not really looked for an alternative as the reef ticks all the boxes for me to have a pleasant time with family starting with a great pool. The management is a little selective on the guests that stay and that has...

We stayed here for 4 nights, and were very glad we found it! Friendly staff to say the least. The owner, an american guy and his wife were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Food was delicious, khmer menu but mostly traditional American bbq and he even has his own smoker. Not good on the waist but very good food! Short walk...

This establishment is very clean, has nice well thought out rooms and a great pool. My experience was colored by the fact that it is near Serendipity Beach which I can describe as nothing other that a hell hole. But if you do want to stay someplace near Serendipity Beach, this would be a good choice. I have only two...

We were very happy with this hotel/resort. Very good value for the price (we paid approx $40 per night for a standard room) Pool area is nice, nothing special but good to get out of the heat. Bar area at the front is quite cool, cheap beer and yummy food although a menu limited to meat and americana type food....
