Hi JLDCA, Thank you for writing your review. That is frustrating that Priceline mislead you with the total for your stay. In the confirmation they sent you, they should have made it very clear that we do have a daily resort fee. Unfortunately since Priceline is their own company, how they represent the total for the stay is not something we can control or change. Just now, though, I went on Priceline as if I were booking a room at our hotel, and I do see that they state a $25 + Tax Resort Fee is additional to the price shown. I do apologize that during check in we did not check with you if stairs would be a problem. We have plenty of rooms that you do not need stairs to get to, and we should have given you that option. I am glad to hear that once you got to your room you found it was clean to your liking; Our housekeepers work very hard and do a great job. Take care and safe travels.

Everything was absolutely amazing from check in to rooms to the breakfast! It is literally 99 steps from the beach and the hotel provides you with beach chairs as well as towels. The parking is free on site and the garage is covered. The front desk people were very warm,

We agree, our breakfast is very good, and we also work hard to provide many choices for our guests- it sounds like we may have gotten it right! I don't know if it was just our particular room (325), but in comparison to prior visits about year ago, we were not impressed. This room had a musty odor to it upon arrival. there were black stains on the pillows. One pillow seemed to have black circular spots of varying sizes

Hi recij301, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm disappointed to hear that your most recent stay with us was not your greatest stay with us. As you know, we are an older property so naturally it's occurred some bumps and bruises over the years. None-the-less, this is valuable feedback for us to hear as it sounds like many of these issues you experienced are things we can fix, and currently working on fixing. I am glad to hear there were positives from your stay. We recognize that no one likes pet odors, so our housekeepers do a great job and work very hard to keep the rooms and property clean, and smelling fresh. I'm also glad that when you reported an issue, we immediately went to fix it. I hope you would give us a try again soon, as we do have rooms that have been recently remodeled, and with our recent new owners, even more exciting changes to come very soon. Thanks for the inquiry! Looks like you received the answer. Our Resort Fee includes: Parking for one vehicle, Breakfast for all guests registered in the room, USA Today Newspaper in the lobby, Wi-Fi, and use of our beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Safe travels and we will see you soon!!!

A sprinter will be tight. I suggest you call the hotel and ask for height measurements. My feeling is that a sprinter will NOT fit the underground parking especially throughout the underground driveway.

I would call the hotel for a correct answer, but there is metered parking on the street in the area. The hotel parking is typically reserved for guests of the hotel as there are limited spaces. If they get there early, the metered parking is plentiful (like 6 or 7AM early). As you go higher up the side streets, the metering dies out to open parking. Maybe they can park a couple blocks up from the hotel and someone can drive them back from there to a hotel space so only one space is used. Good Luck.
