My family and I booked a room at this hotel. With pet fee we paid over $119 dollars. We arrived on a chilly November evening to find that the wall heater in our room was broken. The desk staff verified this and told us to look for a space heater that they expected to be in the room. It wasn't.... More

Jessica gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was most helpful. We found the room spotless and classy. Two chairs which we don't always find. The breakfast was fine and the laundrette well equipped.

The room was overpriced and located in a questionable area, The staff was unprofessional and unwilling to help in our situation. We had a family staying in the room next to us, that also had about three other families staying in the room. They were outside of the room making noise until 12 midnight. We called the front desk numerous... More

Having completed Route 66 we needed a motel to stay that was out of LA. This was one of the most expensive that we stayed in on our entire trip. Nothing special - was a room with a bed and bathroom. Was clean enough and we had no issues with anything but it was definitely overpriced. Didn't feel unsafe at... More

My son and I were road tripping for weeks and was the worst hotel that we stayed at in that time. The room that we rented was a "deluxe" room and had no central climate control. The only was to cool the room was using a ceiling fan that had one speed turbo. The only was to heat the room... More

Worst place I've ever stayed!!! It's not safe, dirty, rooms smell with smoke. And the General Manager, Carlos Garcia came out with unbuttoned pants and belts, didn't address any issues, moreover threatened us with "manpower" as we were ladies with kids. Very mean and unpleasant bully.

I stayed at this place last week. My booking was with click2travel.com and they have a very nice set of photos that is supposed to be this property. They described a newly renovated boutique hotel that looked too good to be true for the price listed, and it was. If I had not seen the photos and description before I... More

This place was terrible. There were people living in the rooms on either side of us and they were rude and very loud. They stood right outside of our room and smoked cigarettes. The staff was unhelpful. We had an awful experience staying here!
